As a limitless customer for over 2 years now we do visit this cinema a lot and I must say the whole experience is fantastic. It looks very futuristic inside and being a luxe offers that extra level of comfort whilst watching your film. The screen s are huge and the sound quality is great too. The staff are very friendly and polite and the toilets are very clean indeed. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and want to watch a movie. There is also 3 hours of free parking which is a big car park underneath the cinema itself. Just make sure you validate your car registration when you are in the cinema. Highly recommended

I went to Odeon this weekend to watch Demon Slayer with my wife and it was a great experience overall! The service was fast and smooth. We ordered food from the machine, and by the time we went through check-in, our food and drinks were already waiting for us. The seats were very comfortable, and the cinema was clean and welcoming.

The only thing I wish they had was some Demon Slayer souvenirs or themed merchandise to make the experience even more memorable. Other than that, it was an excellent visit, and I’d happily come back again.

The cinema is really great overall – the atmosphere is fantastic, and the movie selection is always on point. However, the prices for food and drinks are quite high, which can be a bit off-putting. Also, in some of the theaters, the seats aren’t the most comfortable, which can affect your experience. That said, it’s still an excellent place to catch a movie, especially if you get the membership for £20 a month. It makes the whole experience much more affordable and enjoyable!

ODEON Luxe Birmingham Broadway Plaza is a top-tier cinema that takes your movie-going experience to the next level. The moment you step in, it feels like a treat—modern design, clean spaces, and an inviting atmosphere. The real magic happens inside the screens, though. Every seat is a luxurious recliner with plenty of legroom, so you can fully relax while watching. The sound and visuals are incredible—crisp and immersive, perfect for films like Moana 2. It’s a great place for families, couples, or even solo movie nights. Plus, their snacks and drinks selection is solid, from classic popcorn to more premium options. If you want comfort and quality for your cinema trips, this is the spot.

Been there a few times. Very clean, new and comfortable. Best maintained ODEON I’ve been to by far.

Only issue is that during summer time, the theatre gets quite warm. I’m not sure why they don’t turn the air con on. Very frustrating. This wasn’t a one off issue. It has been a recurring theme.

The seat is fantastic! Is so comfortable that you can literally sleep there. Worth the money for luxurious seating. It was very clean and the only bad things is that there is loads of ads and I don’t like the movie Smurf.

The movie itself was great and I really enjoyed it. However, the wait for snacks was far too long – I queued for about 30 minutes just to get popcorn, a Tango Ice Blast, and nachos. The service seemed disorganised, and unfortunately I ended up missing the start of the film because of it. I’d recommend they improve staffing or efficiency at the concessions so customers don’t have this issue.

This used to be a superb place many years ago, especially for date nights, but it seems to have had a bit of a decline.

There’s a decent cinema to catch films in, but not as much variety in places as there used to be. I think it would impress first time visitors though.

There is a good sized underground car park, and it’s very easy to get to on the tram.

Let’s begin with giving it three stars and the reason for that is because I’ve just seen Jaws on the big screen again And that has gained it another star so in reality I’m talking about a two star performance today from Cinema
A shame really it’s really big complex clean when you walk in nice shiny floor three areas to get food but three people serving all on the one area so you have to wait to get served on all the areas and that takes awhile the meat and greet as you went in Wasn’t good as he made a point of telling me the film didn’t start until three with an attitude in his voice, obviously I knew that and went early so I could get something to eat and sit down and there is a first problem not the attitude of the staff, which is actually not that good but there are no seats downstairs nowhere to sit at all only about 4 to 5 seats upstairs which are old and were dirty the floor upstairs was clean food by the entrance to the theatres and a limited amount of food you could buy. I didn’t see any hot dogs or hot food just lots of chocolates and popcorn and cold drinks.
Very pricey for you get so I would advise put your own crisps or your own Mars bar in your own handbag or whatever you carry the actual carpets in the theatres look tired and worn and need a good clean and we paid for the VIP seat which gave you a good view and to be fair they are comfortable but I don’t expect to pay the money for it a little bit more than a standard seat and find there to be food on it no ushers in the theatres to let you know when you can go in just a cleaner that will walk past you and say well you can go in now if you want to again with attitude so if they’re not throwing your money in your hand instead of handing it to you or sarcastically telling you what time it starts or in general not talking to you because they’re busy on their phones instead of dealing with people constantly talking in the theatre, then it’s okay, I guess but I wouldn’t break my neck to go there again. Poorly managed staff with attitude nowhere to sit when you eat, especially if you’ve just had knee surgery but my wife had and myself and so there is no way to sit you have to stand I’m afraid. The only reason I went was to see Jaws again on the big screen and had it been at the cinema I normally use I would’ve gone there so I score this 3 out of 5 .. untidy tired and poorly managed a bad experience I’m afraid I will stick to my local cinema or to the red carpet cinema in Burton, which is 1000 times better

Vue is always the best option to go at the cinema if you have a short budget and many kids.

Is very big, and with many options in movies and food.

Toilets very, very clean and tidy, don’t have bad smell.

And at the bar you have a lot of food, candies and drinks.

If you want best prices you have to buy in advance online, is a little sad because this means that one day no will need a human in the ticket sale on site.

The experience is really nice, so you can add in your list of place to go at half term.

As we arrived at the cinema it didn’t look as busy at all. We were told where to go and as we going the whole place was completely dirty it smelled like woman’s parts so disgusting. Bins were overflowing and the rooms wasn’t ready at all. So 10min into the trailers starting a guy comes by himself to clean the place which was completely dirty and it smelled bad also. The outside was completely hot but when you got to the room it’s cold. It took three man to clean the place as I the first guy couldn’t do it as I asked him if he was going to clean on his own he looked at me with a surprised face. I spoke the person in charge and he told me that they were very busy. He was very rude. Him and the security guy. I looked around it wasn’t busy at all. If it wasn’t for me complaining I don’t even think they would have had come to clean the room. I have videos and pictures to prove it. Worst place to go I spent money as it was my girl’s birthday I wish I never came here. Never again. Rude customer service

Went to vue with a group of friends and spent nearly £500 on tickets, snacks, and drinks — only to be kicked out mid-film for “talking.” We were singled out unfairly while others were talking too, but nothing was said to them. It felt like we were targeted simply for being a group, and possibly because of our background.

The manager was rude and dismissive from the start. We were not given a proper warning, just removed with no refund or respect. Terrible experience — would not recommend this place to anyone who values fair treatment and decent customer service.

Vue in Star City is an excellent cinema and always a great place to watch a film. The screens are large, the sound is clear and powerful, and the seats are very comfortable with plenty of space. The whole place is clean and well looked after, which makes the experience even better.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the ticket prices are good value compared to some other cinemas. The food and drink options are what you’d expect, and everything was served quickly.

I visited Vue Star City on 8 August 2025 for the 21:05 showing of Weapons. Sadly, the experience was far below expectations.

When we arrived, our seats and surrounding area were dirty — empty drink cups left in the cup holders, and popcorn scattered across the seats and floor. We had to clean our own seats before sitting down.

Around five minutes into the film, a large group entered making a lot of noise, and then called for cleaners for their seats. Another guest also complained. This led to cleaners coming in and tidying the auditorium while the film was playing, which completely disrupted the start of the movie.

I contacted Vue afterwards, expecting at least a goodwill gesture such as replacement tickets or a refund for the £15.98 spent on snacks. Unfortunately, despite acknowledging the poor experience, they refused.

I’ve always enjoyed going to the cinema, but this visit left me very disappointed. Cleanliness and customer care should be a priority — and in this case, both were lacking. I hope management at Star City take these complaints seriously so other guests don’t have the same experience.

Visited last night for a birthday treat for my mum, travelled quite some distance too. Won’t be going back that’s for sure. Ordered some snacks, popcorn, nachos, drinks for 2 and it came to almost £50. Contactless not working on card machine, put card in and it went through. Money gone from account. Staff argued that transaction was unsuccessful despite money leaving my account and were unable to provide a receipt stating the payment was declined. I repaid and was informed that this has gone through. Both transactions have left my account, adding up to almost £100 in total. Attempted contact with Vue themselves and this branch and got no reply, had to go through my bank as a double charge but without the receipt proof they won’t offer a refund. Place wasn’t clean, chocolate engrained on seats, food on the floor, toilets by screen 13 were filthy. Could hear the film in next theatre clear as day over the top of the one we went to see. Management (only got Diptis’ name) are useless, rude and laughed about the situation.

Upon arrival, the service and staff were really friendly and helpful, the foyer was very cool and retro looking. A lovely place to wait in, they have certain trailers that sell beer and cocktails and fast food like pizza and fries. They do lack on ice cream unfortunately, they serve standard soft serve, other cinemas serve ben and jerrys or flavours of ice cream. The toilets were not working unfortunately so there was a slight toilet smell next to the corridor of the screens. The screens and recliner seats were very clean and clearly labelled. The seating was comfortable and the size of the rooms were smaller but spacious. Decent value for money for a cinema. Would definitely visit again

We went to see ‘Go your own way’ a Fleetwood Mac tribute, the theatre staff were excellent and the show was brilliant. Disabled access was a bit of a worry as I havent been here before and was with a disabled friend, it was a bit of an unknown adventure. Alas there was no problem with my friends motorised chair or getting to our seats due to the exceptional help from theatre staff .. everything went flawlessly. However prices for soft drinks and such are a little high but hell this isnt something you do every day of the week and it would stop me going again to another show, I would like to use this review to also give a big thank you to Leslie who was more than helpful and informative during our visit … thank you very much, you are a credit to the theatre.

This historic theatre has a quirky layout in the expansive, multi level building.
All staff are friendly and welcoming, with the doorman most helpful as he went above and beyond to assist us on our arrival in a very friendly manner.
The bars offer a somewhat limited selection of drinks and snacks, and are quite expensive, though not extortionate.
The seats are comfortable and generally offer a good view of the stage, but the grand circle is steeply banked and can be a little restrictive.
‘The Alex’ hosts a wide variety of quality shows at a varying range of prices, occasionally offering special deals which are always worth looking out for.

A classic old theatre, and a fabulous show, and with the hospitality package with a reserved table in the lounge, 2 drinks crisps and ice cream it was a great night, seats in middle of row B topped it off. The Dubliners story told by part narration, part dialogue but musty their music, and an authentic bar setting (complete with realistic bartender) was topped by the fabulous energy of the cast…..despite the mature age of the lead character.

We recently attended a performance of War Horse at The Alexandra and had a truly wonderful experience, thanks in no small part to the exceptional staff and thoughtful accessibility arrangements.

One member of our group is a wheelchair user, and after reading the helpful guidance on the theatre’s website, I booked aisle seats as advised. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. At the main entrance, we were greeted by Pete—proudly nicknamed “Batman” on his badge—which instantly brought a smile to our faces. Pete went out of his way to assist us, even radioing ahead for support. When staff were momentarily tied up, he personally escorted us to the accessible entrance around the corner.

There, we were met by Ollie, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He guided us to our seats and ensured the wheelchair was parked in a safe and convenient location, tucked out of the way but easily reachable.

After the show, Ollie discreetly kept an eye on us and returned the wheelchair when we were ready to leave, making our exit smooth and stress-free.

The service we received was genuinely above and beyond. Both Pete and Ollie were kind, proactive, and a credit to the theatre. We’ll absolutely be returning—and crossing our fingers that they’re working that day!

I recently went to Cineworld to watch Demon Slayer in 4D, and it was one of the most exciting cinema experiences I’ve ever had. If you’ve never tried 4D before, I can’t recommend it enough – it completely changes how you watch a film. The seats move with the action, and you feel every battle strike, sword clash, and fast-paced chase scene. There were bursts of air, vibration effects, and even splashes of mist that made the intense moments even more immersive.

The cinema itself was clean and well-kept, and the staff were helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were quick with ticket checks and snack service, and everything ran smoothly. The seats were comfortable despite the motion, and they were positioned perfectly to give a great view of the screen.

Watching Demon Slayer this way made it feel like I was right there fighting alongside Tanjiro and the rest of the characters. The sound was loud and crisp without being overwhelming, and the visuals were stunning – every detail of the animation really popped on the big screen.

Snacks and drinks were fresh, with plenty of options to choose from, and the ability to book online made the whole process super convenient.

Overall, this was a five-star experience and easily the best way to watch a high-action anime film. I’ll definitely be coming back to Cineworld for more 4D movies in the future – it’s absolutely worth it!

Been watching movies here since I was 6 years old. And this Cinema keeps getting better. I have watched everything from Inside and Out to Fast and Furious to The Conjuring Last rights. Would give this place a 9/10. Would be a 10/10 if it wasn’t for how small the large popcorn has gone. It is more like a packet of popcorn now.

Good IMAX experience watching Superman on 13/07/25 at 13:20. Although my nachos were mostly crumbs so rather expensive to throw away. The lad who served us was quiet and couldn’t hear him over the really loud music in the foyer area. He was also rather miserable, so not a warm welcome. Clearly hates his job.

The guy scanning tickets was nice a polite. The two that came to clean the screen were also rather miserable and didn’t thank anyone for coming or even bring down their rubbish. Next time I won’t bother.

There was also popcorn on one of the seats when we went in. So clearly wasn’t cleaned very well.

Although the screen wasn’t overly cold and didn’t feel like there was air conditioning. Others in my party were struggling with the heat.
Edit: I now see there is an update about the heat in the screens on the website although we did not know about this at the time. Maybe the person at the gate should let customers know about this.

Just missing the big screen entertainment and experience to make it an excellent customer experience.

I decided to visit Cineworld Broad Street after not coming here for years, and honestly, I left pretty disappointed. The whole place feels like it’s stuck in time and not in a good way.

First off, the entrance. When it gets busy it feels so cramped and chaotic. You’re basically brushing past people just to get inside, which already puts you off before the film even starts. Then you’ve got the food prices… I genuinely don’t know how they justify charging that much. A simple snack or drink feels ridiculously overpriced, and it makes you not even want to bother buying anything. The pick ’n’ mix was another let-down. It just didn’t feel clean at all – I actually saw people using their hands instead of the tongs, which was really off-putting.

The carpets are another story. They look and feel so old that you almost don’t want to walk on them. You can literally feel the stickiness on your shoes, and it’s obvious they aren’t cleaned often enough. I’d guess maybe once a day at best because there were bits of popcorn and rubbish all over the place. It doesn’t exactly give you a good impression when you’re paying so much for a ticket.

Now, to be fair, not everything was bad. The service at the food counter was fine – nothing amazing but they did their job. The actual seats in the cinema were probably the best part of the visit. They were comfortable and seemed like they’d been replaced recently, which made sitting through the film a lot easier. The inside of the cinema itself was also much cleaner than the main areas, which I appreciated. Even the toilets weren’t too bad they were actually fairly clean, which I wasn’t expecting given the state of the rest of the place.

Parking, though, was another annoyance. I got charged £3, and the rules weren’t explained clearly at all. To make things worse, there was a break halfway through the film which pushed me slightly over my parking time, and that ended up costing me extra. It felt really unfair, and it’s the kind of small detail that just leaves a bad taste after your visit.

Overall, I can’t say it was a great experience. For the ticket price and the money they’re clearly making on food, you’d expect a much better standard across the board. The seats and the actual cinema screen were good, but everything else from the hygiene to the parking made the visit more frustrating than enjoyable. Not sure I’ll be rushing back anytime soon.

Extremely Disappointed with Cineworld Birmingham (Broad Street)
I had a very poor experience at the 11:10am screening of Superman on July 31st. The screen was uncomfortably cold, even though I was wearing multiple layers — a vest, t-shirt, jumper, and jacket. My body was freezing (especially my hands), and despite politely asking staff twice if the air conditioning could be adjusted, nothing was done. Eventually, I had to leave the screening due to the cold.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was met by Jamie, who showed zero empathy or interest in helping. I explained that I suffer from anaemia, which makes it hard to sit in cold environments, but he dismissed my concerns outright, repeating, “It’s not cold in there.” After much insistence, he used a temperature gun — but instead of measuring the room temperature, he aimed it at a seat that had been sat on. It read 18°C, which is below the recommended comfort level for cinemas. Still, he refused any refund or even a complimentary ticket for the guest whose ticket I had paid for.
When I asked if he was really willing to lose a long-time customer and her guests over one complimentary ticket, he bluntly replied, “It doesn’t matter — take it up with customer services.” That response was shocking.
I’ve been a loyal Cineworld customer/member for decades and travel from outside of Birmingham just to use this cinema. Sadly, this lack of basic customer care and disregard for people with medical needs has led me to cancel my membership
This wasn’t just about being cold — it was about being treated with disrespect and indifference.
Poor customer service, uncomfortable conditions, and the manager called Jamie who seems more interested in being right than helping customers — not what I expect from a major cinema chain.
What’s worse is that I’ve tried reaching out to Cineworld directly through their website four times since the incident and have received no response at all. Clearly, customer care is not a priority for this company anymore.

Do better, Cineworld.

As a Cineworld Unlimited member, I love coming here. The screen and sound make such a difference, especially for big blockbusters, and the seats are comfortable enough to sit through even the longest films. It’s not always the cleanest but the staff are friendly. Being Unlimited makes it even better because I can pop in whenever there’s a new release without worrying about ticket costs. Definitely my favourite cinema experience in Birmingham.

This is a great cinema although getting pricier and pricier. Parking validated for 3hrs. Toilets are big and clean. IMAX is great, 4dx is great. Seats are comfortable and pictured quality is great. Just wish this would have staff do something about people talking at full volume all the way through the film – this has been a problem at all the recent showings I’ve had there.

In the heart of Birmingham what more needs to be said.

Nice car park free if you slap your reg in the tablet outside the movie doors.

Beautiful cinema with 4DX.

Expensive Snacks, just like all cinemas now days. Cost me £12 for a slushy drink and popcorn.

But got a voucher “2 for £10 to see another movie.”

On Broad Street 100s of food places and 1000s of pubs clubs.

A small walk from the famous Ozzy Ozbourne Bench.

Legendary for any movie watcher.

Хубав киносалон, с много удобни седалки и хубаво озвучаване. Понякога прожекциите закъсняват по малко, но това не е проблем. На много комуникативно място е. Вентилиран е много добре.

Beautiful cinema, great vibe. Very welcome staff, outstanding service. The seats were very cosy and spacious, some people were falling asleep, even though we were watching a noisy horror film and the sound was great! Unfortunately in screen 2 we had a bright little red dot on the screen throughout the movie, very annoying in some scenes…

We’ve recently joined Everyman cinemas members, since we enjoyed going once years ago. We have to travel 40+ minutes to get to one. It’s a really great venue for a movie night out. The 10% off food hasn’t worked for us at this venue (or the other one we visited) but it was honoured when we went out to order in person. They need to get a good developer and make a proper website and app, you need it to book your ticket and order your food to your seat… neither worked as it should with membership perks.

A Luxurious Movie Experience,
Everyman Cinema in Birmingham offers a unique and luxurious movie-going experience that sets it apart from traditional cinemas. Located in the heart of the city at The Mailbox, this venue combines comfort, style, and excellent service to create an unforgettable outing. The cinema boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, with plush sofa seating and armchairs that make you feel right at home. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One of the staff introduces the film, adding a personal touch to the experience. The prices are similar to Odeon Lux. I approve

Nice decor, comfy sofas, sadly popcorn down the sides of sofas, small tables at the sofas, and didn’t realise you can’t continue ordering throughout the movie, so that was disappointing. A midway break may be helpful if they’d consider it. No photos of the menu unless you go on the app so glad they have the app

9. Cineworld Birmingham – NEC

Rating
6.9 (+ 2037 reviews)

Cineworld Birmingham – NEC offers a generally pleasant experience for film enthusiasts. The cleanliness of the venue is a definite plus, and the staff are typically seen as friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive atmosphere. While parking can be costly, a reduced rate is available which adds value when visited.

The seating, however, could benefit from an upgrade to provide more comfort. While it remains a functional cinema, embracing newer features like recliners would greatly enhance the overall viewing experience and elevate the standard of the facility. A consistently reliable service is expected.

So i decided to take the family to watch Lilo and Stitch today and it was the first time my sons had been to a cinema (2 year old and 3 year old).

The service at the door was as brilliant and the movie started off great. However 15 mins into it, both of my sons started becoming restless and therefore to not spoil the movie for other people we decided to leave.

After leaving I expressed my regret in having to leave to the manager (Jack I believe his name was) who then provided exemplary service and understood and appreciated why we had to leave. The professionalism and empathy he displayed was refreshing.

@Cineworld – you need to look after that lad, he truly understands customer service!

I recently visited Cineworld and had a fantastic experience! The cinema is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which really enhances the overall atmosphere. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making your visit even more enjoyable.

If you use the cinema, you can get your parking reduced to just £2. Just make sure to take advantage of that as parking can be expensive!

Sooooooo disappointed! I expected a good cinema considering the location. Seats were rubbish, tickets expensive, let me book seats directly behind a wall, im 6foot and couldn’t see, had to wait for the room to fill up so i could move seats. When most other cinemas have recliners and footrests this place needs to catch up!

Being a massive jurrasic park fan, I popped down with 4 others to watch the new rebirth film, if it wasn’t for being with my kids and partner I would of walked out, the screening was what I could consider temu projecter quality, blurry at times, frame rate was dreadful and could barely make anything out, real poor. I’ll wait for it to arrive on amazon and pay to watch again properly. Screen 4 7.00pm just incase there are problems.

The seats are tiny, dirty, and not adjustable. To make matters worse, the website has the seats in reverse. This means that even though I selected the back, I was given the front. The 2 front rows are way too close to the screen and don’t recline, so now I have neck pain. To top it off, there are 30 minutes of adverts. Thanks, Cineworld for a terrible experience.

It’s not very often i give one-star reviews, but considering how hurt i am, i think it’s just. I have feelings some have said, and Imax at Cineworld at Resorts world in the middle of nowhere has hurt every one of them.

Went to see Across The Spider Verse. i was really looking forward to seeing the film and Resorts World itself as i had never been before, and it was a great chance to check out the imax there. Cineworld has an imax closer to me, but its at a smallish venue that doesn’t seem to equate to the extra monies being transacted considering its no imax Leicester Square so i was hoping that being in the mighty Resorts world would make the difference.

If i were to describe the world of resorts, i would say it’s a cross between an aircraft hanger and a modern-day office block full of glass and steel. Not very appealing as it turns out, but i was here for the film and the glorious imax presentation that Cineworld was putting on.

As always super friendly and helpful staff ready to offer help if needed with anything from parking to tickets. The cinema was nothing to jump and shout about either only the familiar branding around the place letting you know what they were actually peddling. They had seemed to opt for digital posters rather than actual ones. Maybe its just me but a place that sells two and half hours of pure imagination with a hint of wonder and magic thrown in should be as focused if not a little more focused on selling the tricks to dazzle us with rather than the food for us to graze off.

Where is the love for the cinema itself? It’s like now it’s a one-off treat rather than a must-have activity. Where is the comic con feeling when the big blockbusters come a round? where were the Miles Morales cardboard standees for people to pose with?

The free Spider Verse cards were a nice touch and im always happy to get things for free off a cinema when its cost me £4 for the daysaver £21 for the ticket and £4.50 for the food which i brought from my local shop because i would’ve been laughed at if i had’ve had the cheek to try and by popcorn and a drink from the cinema itself

There was a cabinet that had things inside from movies that were out or coming out, but it didn’t scream,’Look at me!’. You should have many more cabinets with toys or props. Lego sets of films out or coming out being built in the lobby area or cosplay events put on by cineworld.

Now you’re probably wondering about the lady in front with her feet up on the occupied chair in front of her. The feet stayed up even when the absolute gentleman in front left and came back (never moved them once) The “lady” and her friend Alcohol had decided that the screening had been put on for them and them alone. A directors commentary is one thing, but when you haven’t made the film and the alcohol makes you hard to understand, it’s probably best not to speak over it. Its hard to concentrate on a film when someone has no respect for the people around them.

But why shouldn’t she? Cineworld dont really care about the theatrical presentation anymore unless you’re eating, so why should she.

10. ODEON Birmingham New Street

ODEON Birmingham New Street

The ODEON Birmingham New Street offers a convenient location for film enthusiasts. The seating arrangement feels a bit dated, and the screen size isn’t always ideal, sometimes leaving the viewing experience slightly compromised, particularly for larger blockbusters. While the overall atmosphere is pleasant, a few improvements to the physical infrastructure would significantly enhance the enjoyment.

Despite some minor shortcomings, the cinema provides a generally reliable service. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. It’s a solid choice when seeking a straightforward cinema outing, offering a familiar environment and a consistent selection of films, though perhaps not the most immersive experience available.

We went with friends to watch the new manga movie Demon Slayer. Since it was an afternoon screening, the cinema was packed with kids – which is expected for an animated film. However, the screens were quite small, and with so many people the viewing angle wasn’t ideal.

For a movie like Demon Slayer, where the impressive visuals require detail and high resolution to fully enjoy, the cinema didn’t really provide the right experience. The main issue is the screens: they are small and the image quality is not good enough.

The screen was not big enough and didn’t give a clear HD print. We went to see Jurassic World Rebirth and the show time was 8pm and we had to be there at 7.45, so we did reach in time but the movie started at 8.30 and it felt so loooong wait due to uncomfortable seats.. However the sound was good.

It’s always an amazing & enjoyable experience watching movies here with my partner. I like the ambience and staff are lovely. Went to watch a movie yesterdey at this Odeon brand yesterday and what can I say. I was so appalled. The cinema itself is very outdated in my opinion. The screen was nowhere near as big as any other cinema I’ve been to as was the picture quality. Took me right back to the early 2000s and not in a good way!. The auditorium itself is outdated and the seats are uncomfortable. The way the seats are situated is at the same height as all the other rows. Therefore, the view is blocked by someone’s head. I wouldn’t go watch anything here again. Had not been for decades. Gladly I paid £5 only even then that’s too much in my opinion.

We went there for a foreign language movie and they killed the fun and experience by keeping the lights on. Lights on for a movie I felt that deeply insulting and the screen was smaller that with that distance it felt like smaller than my television

First of all the doorway is tiny as only one door is open and it’s very inconvenient. It’s not clear who you show your ticket to. The drinks were extremely overpriced. The seats in the cinema were disgusting, they’re uncomfortable and hot due to the lack of air con. The screen was extremely bad quality, cut off weirdly, and extremely dark. Half of the speakers were off. The ceiling lights were constantly on. The adverts went on for way too long. Buying anything was difficult as the layout was very poor. And although it is not the cinemas fault, the people watching the film were constantly on their phones, talking, and getting up

Terrible. We were in Screen 4 which was rather tatty and in need of some renovation. It was only a small screen but that wouldn’t have mattered except that the sound quality was appalling. Also the seat backs were so high and the raking of the seating so poor that we couldn’t see the bottom of the screen. Quite frankly, don’t go. Find a much better cinema
