I’ve had a fantastic experience with Oaktree Connect Clinic throughout my ADHD diagnosis and treatment journey. Dr. Singh has been nothing short of incredible—compassionate, professional, and clearly an expert in her field. She made me feel heard and supported at every step, and her guidance has made a real difference in my life. The admin staff deserve a special mention too—they’re consistently efficient, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which makes the entire process smoother and less stressful. I’m truly grateful for the support I’ve received here and would highly recommend Oaktree Connect to anyone seeking help with ADHD or mental health support in general.

I have been with Oaktree Connect for several months now. I decided to go private after struggling with my mental health for 20 years. I have seen many psychiatrists but Dr Singh has been the only one to give me a diagnosis that fit all my symptoms. Since starting medication my symptoms have greatly improved. I am so grateful for all her help. I would definitely recommend Oaktree Connect!

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been receiving support from this clinic for my mental health, specifically related to PTSD and other challenges, and I can honestly say it’s made a huge difference. The psychologist I’ve been working with has been incredibly understanding and supportive. They take the time to really break down what’s going on, explain my diagnosis clearly, and help me understand my treatment options, including the use of medication when needed. It’s not always easy to reach out for help, but this clinic made the process feel safe and respectful from the start. I’ve felt listened to and taken seriously, which has been so important on my journey toward healing. I’m really grateful for the care and compassion I’ve received here.

I booked a psychiatric assessment with Oaktree Health, expecting a professional and accurate diagnosis letter. During my consultation, the clinician verbally confirmed PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. However, when I received my diagnosis letter, it contradicted what was discussed, failing to clearly list my diagnoses. When I requested a simple amendment to reflect what the clinician told me during the appointment, my request was refused. Instead, I was told I would need to book and pay for another medico-legal assessment, despite never being informed in advance that a standard assessment wouldn’t be sufficient. On top of this, my follow-up emails were ignored for over a week, and the clinic refused to take accountability for the misleading service. I have since disputed my payment, as I paid for an assessment that did not accurately reflect my consultation. I would not recommend Oaktree Health to anyone looking for a thorough or transparent psychiatric service. Poor communication, refusal to acknowledge clear discrepancies, and an overall disappointing experience. Feels like a money-grabbing scheme, as they refused to make simple changes without charging for another appointment. For your own sake, please do not pay for any of their services.

I was present during my partner’s online assessment with Dr. Swamy, and the experience was extremely frustrating. During the call, he clearly stated that she had depression and PTSD, acknowledging that she had been through a lot. However, when she later received the official diagnosis via email, there was no mention of depression or PTSD at all, which feels completely misleading and dismissive of her struggles. On top of this, Oak Tree Connect ignored her emails for a long time. When they finally responded, instead of addressing the issue properly, they suggested she pay even more money if they were to reconsider her diagnosis. She has already paid £540, yet now they are asking for additional payment just to review what was already stated during the assessment. This feels profit-driven rather than patient-focused, adding unnecessary stress to an already overwhelming situation. Mental health services should be about honesty, care, and support, not financial exploitation. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend Oak Tree Connect to anyone seeking genuine and ethical mental health care. Update: They have adjusted the assessment letter results but have once again completely contradicted themselves. It makes absolutely no sense to say my partner struggles with daily functioning, has experienced significant trauma and has depression, yet in the same letter state "no signs of major depressive symptoms." This is completely ridiculous and confusing, especially since Dr Swamy clearly stated during the video call that my partner has PTSD, depression and anxiety and has been through a lot. Yet none of this has been properly documented in the letter. It feels dismissive and exploitative. I would not recommend anyone go here.
