Shal has been amazing and really help me out. I came in with a lower back and top back problem that was affecting my arm. He was gentle and very professional in what he does and explains everything in detail. I went for 4 sessions because for my own reasons that's all I could afford but my problem is almost gone. I’ve been seeing Shal at Back Track Chiropractic for just over two years now, and I can confidently say he’s the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to. When I first visited, I was experiencing persistent back pain, numbness and pins and needles in my arms, a slight spinal curvature, and a noticeable forward tilt in my neck. Shal took the time to assess everything thoroughly and put together a tailored plan to get me back to full health. By following his recommendations and treatment plan, I’m now 100% better. These days, I only choose to see Shal once a month for maintenance—purely by choice—not because I need to. He’s never pushed unnecessary sessions and has told me multiple times that I could come just once every six months if I wanted to. That kind of honesty is rare. Shal genuinely cares about his patients and is clearly not in it for the money. His approach is professional, compassionate, and incredibly effective. Been seeing Shal for years for my back. He has helped improve my condition, I feel so much more free and lighter. I see him regularly at longer gaps to keep myself in check and maintain the progress we have made. My kids are him too. Highly recommend.
