Awesome experience, lots of great selection of Toys and best of all lots of VR choice of games for all ages which makes a change from other places. Assistants were so helpful, happy to help my youngest choose and play the games he chose. Simon the manager was amazing, my son was losing at a game and he stopped to give him instructions to help him be in with a chance. Wonderful experience, really clean and honestly everyone working there seemed so friendly

Normally very good in here but today the manager a woman I found her very patronising. Was in today with my daughter and my granddaughter who spent some of her birthday money. Will be ringing the head office. It’s not our first visit as we normally shop here on Sundays. But I tell you it will be our last

I had a order of a box of 280 cards and they sent me a binder which is worth 10 pound when my order was over 90 pound would not trust them with any online orders at all clearly just trying to scam people customer service is shocking they still haven’t accepted a return so i can send this back would not trust at all

Samyan was super helpful and made our experience at Booghe very fun! He navigated us through the store with ease and helped us look for exactly what we needed! My mum is deaf and Samyan was very understanding and patient. Thank you so much, we will definitely be returning!

We came today with our 2 sons aged 7 and 10. The vr experience for the kids was excellent. The staff are so freindly. We enjoyed the afternoon and will definitely be coming back. Special thanks to the staff that allowed our kids to enjoy the full experience. The vr games are really good and are not your typical ones you see at arcade centre. The choice of games are wide and enjoyable

We were helped by Hasif today and he couldn't have been more helpful and friendly! A little play areas for kids whilst you shop and an amazing selection of toys! Highly recommend.

This store has seriously lost credibility when it comes to Pokémon products. They talk a big game about stopping scalpers, with staff enforcing strict in-store limits and acting condescending toward genuine collectors. Yet behind the scenes, they’re selling the same sealed products on their website at scalper-level prices. It’s blatant hypocrisy and a cash grab with higher retails at the expense of loyal fans. They can’t claim to protect the community while exploiting it for profit. Collectors deserve better.
