If I could give no stars I would. I cannot express enough to anyone thinking of using this company, please stay away for your own sanity! I had someone crash into me when I was pregnant and went through a horrific ordeal which turned into a nightmare with this company dealing with the claim. Apparently it's just bad luck that I've had claims handlers leave and my case was forgotten repeatedly until I chased again. I have had to mentally have a break from it and surprise, no contact from them for over 12 months. I cannot believe what they do is legal, it's disgusting how they treat people in arguably one of the most stressful times of their lives. Shocking.

Please avoid using this company this company needs to been strike off. 2 years ago took on my sons case they failed a court case to represent my son after that they decided to withdraw and not represent my son. AVOID THIS CON COMPANY. I will be taking legal action

UPDATE - What an earth is wrong with the company! Still nothing about my claim. Just getting ignored completely it’s an absolute joke! Seriously avoid at all costs. Looking to call a different company to be honest.Send multiple emails, rang multiple times left messages. Do not get any reply at all, no updates about my claim. Managed to speak to someone today who transferred me to someone else, was left on hold for over an hour still had no reply. What’s the point, absolutely useless.

Slater and gordon lawyer were representing me since October 2022 untill I stopped using their service on march 2023. Meryl Hanmer was my solictor I have wasted my time and money on this solictor and company. They take forever to spill the beans or get to the point during a phonecall to waste clients money I was charged £250 for a 30mins phonecall I was not satisfied with details of my phone calls. Solictor did not want me to gain a medical letter from my doctor I had to do all the emails chasing and when I finally got a letter behind the scenes myself I asked for it to be used at the pleminary hearing Meryl Hanmer did not allow this. Luckily on January 2023 my pleminary hearing was postponed so it gave me time to think and Meryl Hanmer said the fees I paid her she can return this to me or I can hold it in their account for my next pleminary hearing dated for April 2023 I trusted her to hold the fees but since I didnt want to use her she did not return my fees. My solictor lost communication with me since Febuary 2023 to march 2023 without telling me or leaving auto messages on her email that she is away sick. She was very unproffestional and she returned 1 half week before my court dated leaving me with less time to prepare I decided to stop using slater and gordon and she kept all my money and charged me extra. I stood the pleminary hearing on April 2023 case myself and explained what my solcitor did, the judge was kind enough to rescedule my pleminary after 3hours conversation, the judge said my solictor paper work done by Meryl Hanmer did not make sense her work was not in topic either and re scheduled my case for October 2023. I stood my case and represented myself written my own witness statement myself and held my medical letter as evidence and was approved by the courts judge for my ACAS been presented 8months late I passed under 2010 equality act. Slater & Gordon solictor gave me false confidence I would not win but I did on October 2023. I always doubted their work as I had to correct few things but my god her paper work was knowledge of a child I still have the bundle she prepared me I made a better bundle myself after I passed the pleminary I don't know why slater and gordon make their clients bundle so early its all for the money incase they don't win the pleminary hearing. Judge tells you when to prepare the bundle after you pass and they give you 1month deadline. I am going to final court stages and I will come back if I have won again and update everyone as I am representing this case myself with my own knowledge no citizen help. I do not recommend this solcitor to anyone I will go in details why in my next review if I have to add on further details. I wasted couple of grands and a half for nothing. I had no time to appeal the second time with slater and gordon as it meant more paper work and less concentration with my April 2023 hearing. WORST SERVICE EVER DO NOT USE!

Utter disgrace. Dragging simple injuries claims out for best part of 3 years and then say that it would take too long to finish the claim before the 3 year cut off.Never know legal advice to be so wrong or proceedings so slow.
