Not a great place for trouble free property buy/sell. It has been more than 18 months since completion but still missing major documents to be sent to me. They are great to fob you off for another day. No response to emails once you have paid them ridiculous sums of fees. Absolutely no go place if you desire peace of mind.

Avoid at all costs. Due to hearing difficulties email is my preferred method of communication. I had to email twice regarding an important family matter. Eventually an individual phoned me and booked me a telephone appointment with a solicitor for Monday 4th November at 10am. No phone call waa received but I appreciate things happen so I left it until the 7th when I sent a further email explaining that no solicitor called me and what happened? Again no response to my email or explanation offered.

Brendan Fleming has passed away at home with his family around him. I heard.
Mr Fleming & his Solicitor Law firm was more than likely the best Family / Child Case solicitors in the UK.
And he was a true gentleman . Kind man. Unfortunately also naive for falling into a trap of extortion specialists. One being his own selected manager Rebecca Wood the silent back staber, coward, horrid money greedy no love, no compassion, no real understanding.

Mr Fleming, accepted a case for my family member in 2023 to attend court. At Newcastle county Court.
This Rebecca ensured and conspired along with a Gateshead Council in house solicitor called Sonia Loadman & Jane Hedley to get HHJ Hudson to state in court, that no one in Mr Fleming’s office knows about the case nor knows the client.
Which was not so.
I have heard lengthy recorded conversations between my Family member and Mr Fleming proving there was a case the Mr Fleming took on.
I will soon publish it on line for respect to Mr Fleming and to demonstrate what horrid, two faced anti family Rebecca Wood actually is.

Brendan Fleming solicitors are run by people now, that will sell your case out and get all your children adopted for the state.
Don’t ever go to that solicitors office anymore if you value your children .
You have been informed by these that suffered in her hands . Don’t suffer too.
Remember Rebecca Wood is a Criminal not YET convicted.

Options for minus wasn’t an option. I wasn left to my own devices in the family court with no legal representative. No response to emails or phone calls despite the urgency in hand. I do not recommend using them. I went elsewhere and got my application in motion within hours through a different company. If you value your loved ones PLEASE go elsewhere before it’s too late.

claire butterfield issued an ID card from the deposit so that my ex-wife could take her child out of the country. My 9-year-old daughter was living in a car with a strange man and was begging for a shower and food, this went on for months and she was fabricating and manipulating evidence, thinking it was great.

My solicitor is Karen and the secretary I’ve been dealing with is Nicola, I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I’ve received so far. Nicola is very knowledgeable and has been very sympathetic towards my situation. Compared to a previous company I’ve used in relation to family court. The most dishonest legal service I’ve ever come across. Took on a case for a non-molestation order mother against daughter, with barely any footing and no evidence, including many false and defamatory allegations. A case that no other legal company would take on and had rejected for such reason, but from what I have been told from genuinely respectable law firms in Birmingham, National Legal Service Solicitors have a reputation for being known as lacking integrity and taking on the weakest cases – anything that can be done to apply for the legal aid fund (a pool that is already so limited, that real victims do not get access to 50% of the time) and pocket some money.
My personal dealings with this God awful company and Miss Habeeba Kauser have been unpleasant to say the least. Once an order was granted due to the courts failing in procedure, I was informed the applicant wished to withdraw the NM order – for which Miss Kauser had informed the applicant “there was nothing they could do now” as it was already granted. As someone with limited legal knowledge at the time, a simple talk with the court admin (who aren’t legally qualified at all) informed me that in fact multiple forms existed to apply for the discharge of a NMO, especially one that was obtained wrongfully.
After I submitted my counter statement, this “law firm” wanted to withdraw, as I was the one with evidence countering every claim, and it revealed that in fact I was the victim.
I will never forgive the people that were part of the dishonest deceit that caused me immense mental and emotional distress, right after undergoing an operation to remove my appendix. You can account for it all in front of God. I would ask you all to do better, one day something like this could be your entire company’s downfall – and I hope it will be.
