Brendan Fleming has passed away at home with his family around him. I heard.Mr Fleming & his Solicitor Law firm was more than likely the best Family / Child Case solicitors in the UK.And he was a true gentleman . Kind man. Unfortunately also naive for falling into a trap of extortion specialists. One being his own selected manager Rebecca Wood the silent back staber, coward, horrid money greedy no love, no compassion, no real understanding.Mr Fleming, accepted a case for my family member in 2023 to attend court. At Newcastle county Court.This Rebecca ensured and conspired along with a Gateshead Council in house solicitor called Sonia Loadman & Jane Hedley to get HHJ Hudson to state in court, that no one in Mr Fleming’s office knows about the case nor knows the client.Which was not so.I have heard lengthy recorded conversations between my Family member and Mr Fleming proving there was a case the Mr Fleming took on.I will soon publish it on line for respect to Mr Fleming and to demonstrate what horrid, two faced anti family Rebecca Wood actually is.Brendan Fleming solicitors are run by people now, that will sell your case out and get all your children adopted for the state.Don’t ever go to that solicitors office anymore if you value your children .You have been informed by these that suffered in her hands . Don’t suffer too.Remember Rebecca Wood is a Criminal not YET convicted.Keep Away.

Disingenuous and poor customer service. Called them seeking advice, solicitor I spoke with was happy to listen to my circumstances and appeared happy to help, offering consultation. As soon as I mentioned I had been assessed for legal aid his tone completely changed - took my details and rushed me off the phone. Never heard back from them.

The support I have received from Brendan Fleming himself has been outstanding from beginning to end! He showed he actually cared about the outcome of my case and supported me in the most cost effective way and I truly appreciated that!
