The whole team every single person was brilliant . . The meet and greet to the finishing line . My eye test could not ask for anyone better . Sangeeta The optometrist seen me. She explained everything and took so much care.. The story is so big clean tidy everything in order. I would go there over and over again..

Enjoyed my experience at this centre. Staff were warm and welcoming. Optician was communicative and talked me through my results. I was not able to get glasses because they not affordable for me. Hoping to return for them. Overall excellent experience

I had such a great experience here. I visited during half-term at a really busy time, and all staff were friendly, professional, patient and kind throughout. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and care. The staff are all working really hard in a very busy environment, thank you.

Positives: the new premises are spacious, clean and in a great location; although I was 15 minutes late for my eye test, I was still seen and didn't have to rebook; the optometrist I saw was courteous and competent.Negatives: the sales guy hovered around me while I was choosing and asked me 3 times (!) if I wanted 2 pairs of reading glasses (which I confirmed 3 times). Focus on the job, man! I was clearly not his priority. I like the windows covered with Specsavers-green foil and simple images of Kings Heath - nice touch! However, they're leaving the grotty, old shutters inherited from Wilko's down all the time - very uninviting! I thought they were closed until I turned the corner into the High Street. I told the staff but they seemed completely uninterested. Why do people not take more pride in their jobs?

I recently visited Specsavers and had an excellent experience. Afsar’s customer service was great he was friendly & professional. I also want to highlight Vedika, who went above and beyond to resolve my query efficiently and with a smile. It’s refreshing to see such a dedicated and helpful team.
