I had heard some mixed reviews about Care Birmingham but can honestly say I have received nothing but 5 star treatment.Dr Rajkhowa is an expert and knows her stuff. She talked through everything in detail from initial consultation to egg transfer and scans. She is patient, empathetic and sympathetic and just makes you feel cared for in every way, as if you are her only patient.The nursing staff have been amazing, they are knowledgeable, patient, kind, warm and genuinely make you feel at ease in every way. Nothing is too much trouble. The response to phone calls is quick and again they go out their way to develop the best delivery of the care plan for you. They definitely have patient care in the heart of what they do. Thank you especially to Jade, Dani, lisa and Paige, you all made me feel very cared for.The front of desk staff are an absolute pleasure and the clinic it self is professional, clean and discreet.I honestly can’t fault my journey with Care Birmingham. As is the case for many couples ours has not been a simple journey and has taken years and a lot of treatments to achieve what can only be described as our miracle baby. The team have been nothing short of wonderful every step of the way. From the doctors to the nurses and embryologists and everyone else as well. Whilst we are in the very fortunate position of things working out for us, what was apparent was that whatever the outcome we were confident that we had had the best opportunities and treatment. The Care team are like a family you never wanted to need but are eternally grateful for. We felt like people with a story and not just a number. The care and compassion that the team showed us in some very difficult times will never be forgotten.
