Unfortunately, I have a negative experience. According to the working hours of this office, they are open from 10:00. I waited 30 minutes, after 10:00 they did not open, I had to contact another organization.
Brilliant rates in the whole of Birmingham, better than Ria. Excellent customer service as well, I was running a bit late and the owner rang to check on me and kept the shop open, and helped me getting the money before my trip.
Reason for bad review is that they only take cash. Even though they have card machine they will not take payment on card. I suppose that makes laundering money easier for them. They will give you highest denomination of the currency you are buying. Even when low denomination notes are available
