SIXT Car Hire - Birmingham Airport

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Sixt. Had a brand new E Class for 1 week.Lovely car. Vehicle was clean, full tanked and ready for me to take.Was dealt with by Dario. Lovely chap. Sorted out the best deal for me.Will use again if ever needed.

Amazing customer service, amazing car...got to drive a BRAND NEW 4x4, with only 4 miles on it. Still had some of the clear plastic wrapping on I was told I could peel off. All staff was fantastic and helpful. And it was quick. Would definitely recommend and use from now on.

Dario was amazing when picking up the car, smooth pick up with great customer service. Made sure everything was in place for me and even had a smile on his face at 12am, top blokeKhaled was professional when returning the car and his energy was great.Recommend to anyone

Friendly and efficient front desk staff. However, the car rental desk for this and other agencies is outside the airport terminal and is difficult for first timers to locate. Immediately after exiting Departures, turn right and use walk-way with a slight gradient and follow the small "car rental" signs. It is about 400m away

I phoned up Sixt customer services to say I needed to hire a car for 7 days and it needed to be an estate car in order to bring a large box from Manchester to the airport on my final day. They said they had Peugeot 308 SW’s and the price would be £190 to hire for the week. However when I arrived to pick up the car, they said they had no Peugeot 308 SW available in manual gearbox but they did have the same car as an automatic BUT IT WOULD COST ME AN EXTRA £254 on top of the £190 I had already paid for the same car! There being no other option, I had no choice but to pay. I have no complaints with the guy on the desk, he did the best he could. This is an issue with the company. Needless to say, I will not be using Sixt ever again
