Great cooperation. Fast collection and return of the car. I received a new and clean car. Everything was explained to me when renting the car. I needed to extend the rental 3 times and there was no problem, I just called and we arranged everything by phone. Great location of the rental point and open on weekends. Free parking for 20 minutes was very helpful. I definitely recommend and will definitely use Greenmotion again in the future.

GREEN MOTION IS A COMPLETE SCAM !!!! We rented a car from July 16th to July 18th. When we arrived to pick up the car, they charged us an additional £72 just to give them the £400 deposit, stating that otherwise we had to make a deposit of £1500—something we were never informed about beforehand.The car was in terrible condition with a broken rear-view mirror and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Fortunately, we had the reflex to take photos of everything to have proof that the scratches were already present when we picked up the car. On July 16th, the staff even acknowledged the scratches but said "no worries, we know," as they were in a rush and had no time to do a proper check-out.On July 18th when we brought the car back, they sent us an email blaming us for the damages. Despite providing clear photographic evidence that the scratches were already present when we picked up the car, Green Motion refused to refund our £400 deposit. We immediately responded with proof that the scratches were already there and tried to call them several times. They saw our email but never responded. We sent another email on July 26th, which they also ignored.This company's behavior is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Their lack of communication, hidden charges, and fraudulent claims are appalling. We are now seeking legal assistance and have contacted my university for support in pressing charges. PLEASE AVOID RENTING FROM GRENN MOTION AT ALL COSTS!

Easy to find, with good directions. Friendly staff. Car is close to the office. Drop-off was a sinch at Birmingham Rail. Booking with a debit card did cost a bit more than a credit card - but the deposit was minimal - €50 Vs €1500

Green Motion Scam AlertGreen Motion Birmingham International airport.We ordered a Golf but we’re given a Citroen C3, which a lot smaller. That was not the worst thing.It was pouring rain when we did the walk around at pickup. Looking for any obvious damage but saw none.When we returned the car the employee went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and managed to find tiny scratches on the passenger door mirror. I attach a photo so you can judge for yourself.These are so small that they are almost invisible but not if you are determined to find something to rip off the customer.After the inspection he produced a large spreadsheet type printout detailing the types of damage down one side and the types of car they hire across the top.£182 for door mirror damage. Then to add insult to injury he added £35 administration fee.This was a well practiced routine.They charged me £217 to cover the cost of the repair which I’m sure will never been done.If you are the next person to rent this car reg number BG74 XCE make sure you check the door mirrors.Do Not Rent From This Company under any circumstances.

Be careful renting from this location-Quoted lowest rates then upsell excess and add damage charge for minor damage that was likely already done to their car.Great short-term revenue stream for them but will lose many customers in long run…We inspected the car briefly after arriving on a 12 hr overnight flight. Driver door handle was damaged and some minor scuffs here and there. We sent pics of door handle damage , carpet rips and some minor scratches the next day.When we returned the car we were surprised to be charged £1000+ pounds for “damage” .They hadn’t even checked our photos and after checking my pictures said the door handle was probably broken the night before!!Anyway … they adjusted the charges down to £673 after checking my photos but now I need to claim through my credit card company which is a pain.We had four adults in car and can witness that nothing ever happened to the car and there was no additional damage.This location seems very dodgy and I would avoid using them unless you are willing to take detailed photos of every angle and maybe even a time stamped video.I have another prepaid rental with them and have decided to eat the cost so I don’t need to deal with this again .I will stick with bigger more reputable rental companies at BHX in future.Pictures below show supposed damage. Even with their pictures it’s hard to see the “damage”
