For such a big company, to give me an unsafe and unroadworthy car in the first place was shocking. But to be told a formal a complaint was being raised and still not hearing back from them to then getting an invoice with them trying to pin the damage on me. I was given a car with the tracking off, dashboard lit up like a christmas tree, traction control not functioning. I complained over several days which fell to deaf ears and they assured me that I should just carry on driving and utilising the car, until the day I had no choice but to call AA. I voiced my concerns as I use the car for work and family, this should not have happened from a company like yourselves and my concerns should’ve been taken seriously from day 1. The airport branch manager agreed with me at the time and said he’s raised a formal complaint and I will hear back, this was months ago and I never heard anything back. Now I’ve had a letter to say that I’ve caused all these damages and additional damage to the car which I was unaware of. There was a catastrophic list of failures in your processes here and your company is being run by incompetent people. 1. The car was not checked properly by your employees, 2. Customer concerns were not taken seriously, 3. Previous damage prior to me was not logged correctly by yourselves (this was shown to me by branch), 4. No real complaints process, 5. Poor customer service and so on. From someone who uses yourselves for work and personal, I am very disappointed and this experience has put me off enterprise all together.

The service at the desk was good. However, they miraculously did not have the vehicle I had booked and upgraded me without requesting it, of course, at a hefty premium.Also, the tank was NOT full, and the actual mileage of the car did not correspond to that on the contract emailed to me after I drove off the lot.Rental car company shenanigans. I'm not happy at all.

Watch out for the latest scam from Enterprise.Shocking treatment on a hire. Picked up a car from Gatwick, dropped at Birmingham Airport. Receive email later to say that our deposit has been taken for damage to vehicle. Contact them and apparently the removable key insert was not in the key. What was a cheap hire turned into an expensive hire. They couldn’t even send me a photo to prove it was there before the hire.This is what I thought happened - car returned, staff removes key insert and takes a photo, claims my deposit and they reinsert key (Scam) or key was never inserted into the key and they can’t even show me a pre hire photo.The vehicle was also a dog - on a 4 day hire - Peugeot. Had a habit of occasionally lurching whilst driving. I actually reported this because I was concerned about the car killing someone - the guys comment at BHX Enterprise was ‘that’s why Gatwick sent us this car, to give us the problem!’Absolutely no decent customer service. Never again.

I not happy with team and staff.For my car broke down, the Aa cover car hire.Toyota Yaris tyre bold, I not accept it car before happen. They say tyre alright only three day. I not drive it. My family come first safety for my right. Change car Toyota aygo full dirty. For wait 15 min clean car. For real. No chance Waste my time for two hour.Everything cancelled. Not go enterprise to Birmingham airport. That not good enoughI recommend you all please check tyre and brake pad before you drive off.
