I had a very bad experience at this salon last Friday. That lady literally destroyed my hair; I don’t know what she did to it. Now my hair has four different colors! She tried to fix it, but she was showing me attitude, acting like she was doing me a favor for fixing the hair she ruined. When I got home and saw my hair, it looked so bad. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling really disappointed. I expected a lot more from this place, and I definitely won't be returning. This place used to have another hair dresser and I had never any problem with her. She was always very professional, but Maha ruined my hair.…………………………..Thank you for your response. I appreciate you taking the time to clarify the situation regarding my visit. However, I still feel that the outcome was not what I expected. While I understand the challenges with my hair condition, I believe the service I received did not meet the professional standards I had anticipated.She saw my hair at the start, and I told her the color I wanted, to which she replied, "That’s fine, I will do that." However, given that my hair was already bleached, she should have had the knowledge to make a judgment that I would not receive the color I was asking for. The attitude I perceived during the service also contributed to my dissatisfaction, and I felt that my concerns were not addressed appropriately.You mentioned she didn’t charge me extra ,however that’s not true. She charged me £18 extra.I will consider your feedback about my reviews, but my experiences have shaped my perspective. Thank you for your willingness to discuss this further.

I’m a black girl that went to get a wax. The wax Mahah was perfect 10/10, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Higher recommended her and I will deffo come back.

Great place! I have been there three times ,and they were all great. I had a plasma treatment and a hydra facial treatment, and the results were amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially, the therapist who adviced me on a facial routine which ended up being perfect for my skin type .

I came into this clinic , for a consultation at first and then hydra facial , by DR Sahar, I so a instant difference in my skin and DR Sahar gave me excellent experience, throughout she explained everything she was doing , and was very kind and welcoming , I definitely recommend this clinic .

If you’re looking for a professional, consistent and high quality service, I would completely AVOID this place at all costs.Extremely unreliable, every other week the laser machine breaks down and has to go into repair, which in the space of 6 months, I have had 3 appointments cancelled, which has ruined the progression of my treatment. Awful awful AWFUL.Luckily I got my refund which I demanded - the best thing about this place. I also didn’t get one word of an apology from the manager, and when I asked why, I got the response “we’ve given you a refund, what else do you want”. Just goes to show the value of customer service - THERE ISN’T ANY.
