Thanks to all the previous 5-star reviews—that’s what inspired me to try my very first shin waxing here. I’ve been dealing with persistent acne made worse by ingrown hairs, and I finally decided it was time to do something about it. Vanessa was straightforward and warned that waxing could potentially aggravate my situation, but I chose to take my chances anyway. The service was top-notch, the explanation was perfect, and the price was excellent. How could I not leave a 5-star review?

First visit , so was a bit nervous but it was like I knew Vanessa for a long time. She made me feel comfortable and her knowledge of waxing is on another level! Needed to get my body waxed and found this place. I was really nervous as it was my first time getting waxed. As I entered I walked to a screen to book myself in and waited for my time slot. I was called in by Vanessa who is amazing at her job. She’s very experienced and knows exactly what she’s doing. I was told to remove my clothing and was handed a pair of underwear before she walked out for privacy. As a guy with social anxiety she knew exactly how to make me comfortable. We spoke throughout the whole treatment and made it so much easier. I did struggle when she waxed my chest a little but she did everything she could to make sure I was ok. She’d even go the extra mile for me to make sure I was happy with what I paid for. At the end of the treatment I was massaged with Avacado and Aloe Vera oil to prevent irritation. Also great music in background. After the treatment was over she informed me about the aftercare and what to do when I got home. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming here again for my next wax treatment. 🙂
