Staff were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The service was very quick and staff were skilled, efficient, and served with a smile and good humour.I can honestly say that T&G is definitely the best mobile phone repair shop in Birmingham.They were able to replace the side button of my phone that was broken when other shops I went to told me that it couldn't be fixed. I also walked out of the shop within 15 minutes with my phone with phone completely repaired.

I can’t give this place anything but 5*’s because the price and speed of service is so good compared to what else is out there.Constructive criticism would be they said it’d be 1-2 hours to complete, and I called up 3 hours later to check and it was done but I hadn’t been informed, so either more realistic timings or more of a focus on customer service and this place wouldn’t have any negative feedback.The work carried out was good, a little messy I found glue etc on my phone on collection, however it came off easily, and I’m aware it’s not a simple job to replace the back glass on an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
