Really disappointed with how unprofessional they are in getting the certification across. Had to get NICEIC involved to get them to get the certificate across.The work as well required 4 visits in total, because they did not set it up or explain how to use it as an end user.I had to fork out of my own pocket money for a mistake they had made with the NVR system.I had to keep chasing for weeks to get them to come and do the work and then chasing for MONTHS to get the certificate across which is a legal.Really hoped for more if they are qualified and are meant to be professional.
