I honestly don’t even know how to put into words how grateful I am for everything Hasnen has done for me. From the very beginning, he’s gone above and beyond to make this whole process as smooth as possible. Getting me in early was no small thing and I know he had to push hard to make sure the room was ready in time, and the fact that he managed it shows just how much effort and care he puts into his work.

What stood out to me most is how supportive and patient he’s been through the whole journey. Moving can be such a stressful process, especially when it comes to references and approvals, but Hasnen made sure everything was handled quickly and properly. He even managed to sort out the landlord reference, which I know involved people much higher up, and he kept me updated at every stage so I never felt left in the dark.

I recently booked my umrah with them. I went on my own and it was perfect to say the least. I did have a flight cancellation at my connecting flight. But Alamanah travels were in contact with him all through out my journey. They got me the next available flight to Saudi and after that everything went smoothly. They provided me with my flight, hotel, visa and health insurance. I opted out of transfers as I could get around on uber. And took the train from Makkah to madina. They were in contact with me from before I got to the airport from home until a couple of days after the trip. 10/10 experience. I would defo recommend them. The person that booked my umrah was Aitizaz and Ali. They were absolutely amazing. Without them I don’t think I would have been able to do my umrah.

Alhamdulilah just returned from Umrah using Brother Ikram as our agent. This agent was available day and night and was very patient whist he dealt with us a big family travelling. He was very honest and tried to accommodate us as best to his ability. He constantly tried to find what was best for us within our budget and even helped accommodate us with our flights by changing them last minute. Ikram is a very honest man and I made duua for him as he seems like a honest hard working individual and was a pleasure dealing with him. I felt like he became one of the family as he was constantly checking on us even during our umrah trip and our return flights. He arranged great transport for us that was prompt and never late.
