I have only joined Balfor recruitment group less than one month ago, but what I cannot stop doing is thanking and appreciating Sana Tang for making my registration process one of the best I've seen recently. Her follow up calls texts and emails made me know I am at the right place. I cannot forget the role Isabella and Izzy played during my training and induction process, they made everything looked easy and very interesting. Will secured me an amazing contract in April 2024 that worked out perfectly. This summer, I had the pleasure of working with James, who helped me land some fantastic opportunities as well. It’s been a real pleasure working with both of them!

I spoke with Will in November , from first conversation to placement, to working for him to eventually moving on , he was one of the nicest and most available recruitment consultants I have dealt with over the years and his Sunday even inspirational text messages made me laugh. I am now at my new role but if I ever move positions again, Will would be my first call . He is honest but polite and is always ensuring that he understands what your goals are and working with you to reach them. I have had some very negative experiences over the years but Will , I trust because he listens.

I have found that a lot of agencies look at your qualifications and match you with a job that you are qualified to do however Will Allen is really attentive and finds you work where he feels that you will be happy and somewhere where he feels that both your skills and qualities will match and not just your qualifications. He ensures that he finds you work somewhere where he knows you will be happy as he listens to the feedback from the employee and the schools they have worked at which leaves an all round positive result as he matches employees with their ideal setting. Will has been understanding and empathetic since I started work with Balfor as a Teacher in January and is very approachable and will always keep lines of communication open when you have started work with motivational messages and any constructive feedback. I would recommened Balfor to anybody seeking work in education.

Kiran was always polite, quick to reply and communicated clearly when going through the steps to get started and Will’s communication has been great throughout the whole process and he seems to genuinely care about what you want to do, is understanding of circumstances and needs; very nice and great point of contact!
