Great agency, very impressed. Katie from payroll was exceptionally helpful, I called asking where to find my payslips and she messaged me a link on WhatsApp, and gave me a stage by stage instruction to find them. Then followed up to make sure I had got them, very polite, very professional and very efficient. She made the experience with pure staff feel very accommodating. Went above and beyond to find me something suited to my skillset within a week of calling. I've only ever had experience with one other agency and they were hard to get hold of or waiting days for a reply. Pure staff made everything easy and clear. I only worked for Pure Staff for only 2 weeks, I found the constant phone calls and follow up WhatsApp messages as quite pushy and pressurising, so I ended my availability with Pure Staff and went with another recruitment agency.

Since I started with Pure Staff Birmingham Around Mid February 2025 they got me HGV Class 2 Driving Job at Onpoint in Birmingham I've been doing Pallet Work (PALLETFORCE) most of the time as I restarted after 10 Years of HGV rest I got back to my routine and I Absolutely love this job and almost End of April 2025 I gone Fulltime with Onpoint Logistic in Birmingham for Permanent Job and also for 1 Week I was helping out for Crown Workspace in Wolverhampton and the Payment is always On Time and for Thank you for your Help and Sorry to let you that I'm leaving Pure Staff to pressure my future Career Path And Thank You for giving me a chance of a Lifetime as any other job I will never be able to get at all.
