I’ve been working for The Best Connection (Birmingham Branch) since last August, straight out of university and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, the team has been kind, supportive, and understanding. I’d like to give a special thanks to Julia, Stacy, and Mitch they’ve genuinely been amazing. They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure I’ve had consistent shifts and have helped me move into a role that’s more aligned with my degree. They’ve always been easy to talk to, quick to respond, and truly interested in helping me succeed. From sorting out shifts to checking in on how things were going, they’ve made the whole experience feel smooth and straightforward. For all these reasons, I honestly can’t recommend this agency enough. They’re without a doubt the Best agency in Birmingham and deserve more than 5 stars

Well first thing is first, if I could give more stars I most definitely would, that’s for sure. I had encounters with The best connection previously however our relationship wasn’t as fruitful as I’d have like it to be. However, the new guys at best connection have made me see this recruitment agency as more personal friends rather than consultants. My new journey started about two weeks ago, when by chance I was going through my phone book, and came across the best connection number, so I tried my luck and gave them a call. Only to be greeted with a warm and welcoming introduction, by a lovely Shona. She assured me that I would be considered for any new roles that were to come up and that I would be shortlisted. She wasn’t lying, literally 5 mins after the introductory conversation and phone call I recieved a call. Now this call was what was a game changer, it was a lovely guy named Chris H, now I think on the day in question Chris must have had a few red bulls too many, either that or he was happy that it was a Friday and that he had a good long weekend ahead of him which he could enjoy. And I hope he did enjoy it in all fairness, as the opportunity he had put forwards to myself was once in a lifetime, because the vacancy he had put me forward for is a game changer in itself and a lot of people would give an arm and a leg to be part of that establishment, and Thanks to Chris I am privileged enough to be a part of it. So from the start of my journey with best connection up until now, all the members of the team have been supportive and extremely helpful, And especially Chris, from daily calls and check ins, to last minute booking onto shifts, he has it all in hand. We need more people like Chris, maybe then people would actually enjoy getting up every day and going into work. So Chris me Mukka, hats off to you bud, and keep up the good work. It’s people like yourself who believe in people, allowing them to grow and progress into better versions of themselves, it’s people like you who believe in people, giving them a ray of hope, in other words giving them the kick up the backside, so they can get themselves into gear and go out there and actually do something with their lives. It’s because of Chris I am feeling so happy and over the moon today, we need more people like Chris, only maybe then would everyone actually enjoy going to work each and every day. None the less, each and every member of the best connection deserve some sort of recognition as they work themselves to the core, to late hours in the evening ensuring their employees are well looked after and seen too. But again, my heartfelt and warm thanks go to none other than Chris H, and not only have you gained a loyal employee, but a good friend to say the least. So thank you a lot buddy and keep up the good work, we need more Chris’s out there, only then would everyone be a happy bunny.
