It is always very nice to see someone with a friendly, professional, and polite attitude, plus passionate about their jobs even though they have repeatedly doing the same tasks everyday or all the time, however it seems very hard to find someone like that nowadays. I had attended many different properties viewings from different agencies in the past few months, the customer service quality I received is really varied, most of the time I was disappointed.
