Getting me in early was no small thing and I know he had to push hard to make sure the room was ready in time, and the fact that he managed it shows just how much effort and care he puts into his work. What stood out to me most is how supportive and patient he’s been through the whole journey. Moving can be such a stressful process, especially when it comes to references and approvals, but Hasnen made sure everything was handled quickly and properly. He even managed to sort out the landlord reference, which I know involved people much higher up, and he kept me updated at every stage so I never felt left in the dark.
