I am extremely disappointed with this job agency, as they completely let me down when I needed them the most. I was promised work and was assured I was going to be employed. Based on their assurances, I spent the last of my money on safety shoes and a visible vest, which I was told I would need for the job. These were essentials that I could barely afford, as I was using my last bit of money that I had left for food.

However, after preparing myself with these items and showing up for the job, I was told there was no work available for me. This was completely devastating, as I had relied on this opportunity to get back on my feet. The lack of communication and the false promises from this agency left me in a difficult situation, and I feel completely betrayed.

I would never recommend this agency to anyone. They don’t value their clients or take their promises seriously. Their lack of professionalism has caused unnecessary stress and hardship.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
This is the first time I have rated a one star on a place, and if I could I would give them 0.
Complete waist of time, went there today as I’m looking for work and this is a work agency, so I thought I was in the right place for it.
As I walked in, at reception I asked what door I had to take, the guy didn’t even lift his head to look at me to respond and was more interested in what his phone had to say.
Once I got to the desk where I had to go, there was two people working behind, A Guy WITH GLASSES, that was having a go at a another guy that was there for the same reason as me (looking for work, as it’s an agency for this) , I was attended by a BLONDE WOMAN (I would put her name but she didn’t say it at any point). This woman had a really bad attitude and was really rude from the moment she said “hello”.
“what do you want!?” was the second thing she said, like if she was angry with me for looking for work in there WORK AGENCY. After this greeting I felt quite uncomfortable, but anyway I carried on to explain to her that I had seen the agency and I was looking for work, I thought that they could help me out. Handed in my cv and she asked me what I was looking for, so I explained.
After having my cv for a few minutes in her hand she asks me what experience do I have (when they say it takes them 6 seconds to read it) so I started to explain.
Her response to all this was, in a rude tone of course, WE DON’T HAVE ANY WORK AVAILABLE, GAVE THEM ALL OUT YESTERDAY, AND DON’T KNOW WHEN WE WILL HAVE MORE.
So I asked her if she wanted to keep the cv for the future, for if anything would come up.
YES, BUT I’M NOT GOING To CALL YOU, she answered.
So after this conversation I didn’t have anything more to say so I left saying bye still with all the education of the world and didn’t even get a bye back.
After my experience of today I now ask my self how people like this have a job and me not, this woman possibly was one of the most unprofessional I’ve had to deal with (that is hard with how many unprofessional people are about) adding to this how rude she was at all moment.
I want be going back, and I hope that people read this before considering giving them a visit.
REALLY BAD PLACE, AVOID IT, UNPROFESIONAL AND REALLY REALLY RUDE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

However the service was extremely poor. No communication, pay was delayed, no response to emails neither did they return any calls. I left them due to this and awaited my P45. 8 weeks later still chasing without any luck. Funny enough after I have left they have paid me someone else wages into my account!!! Shows poor communication all along! Oh and the app they have changed over to I couldn’t log in and they never resolved this issue. I am with another agency who are to the tee and prompt in responding.

Rude and unprofessional.

My partner and me went there because we are looking to get a job as soon as possible. The first impression as we walked in was fine, as soon as we turned to reach the reception that impression changed completely. We saw an employer arguing and shouting at another guy who was looking for work, in front of everyone. The lady sitting next to him, to who we had to go, as she didn’t even bother to look at us, was rude and absolutely in the wrong place. I looked today morning before going in their page to see the job opportunities they have available, and believe me there were many, most of them in warehouse. My partner explained her he was looking for a job in that sector and the woman, without even looking at the CV he just handed her, asked him in a such an impolite manner, to tell which experience he has, even tough SHE HAD THAT CV IN HER HANDS. So he kindly listed out the experiences and the only thing she said, with a bad English, was that they have given away already all the available jobs and she doesn’t know when the next one will arise. My partner asked her if she can contact him if something comes up the next days but all she said is that they don’t do calls. What kind of recruitment agency does not call you if you would be a good match for a certain job? We left the agency, thanking for the time and greeting even we got treated like crap, she wasn’t even able to say a bye back. Group of amateurs, really. Avoid it, there are many more and better agencies within a 2 minutes walk who actually help you finding a job.

I singled up with them, it’s took over a month with them to find me something, just to be fired after one week. They did not say from the beginning that we actually work there because people are on holiday. So, when they were back we got kick out . The payment issue was not far behind, one the day I was supposed to be payed, they suddenly did not find my bank details and issued a cheque, that was cancel when I went to pick it up. Then they showed a paper for me for a one pay card that was supposed to be in on Monday. Monday the card wasn’t there and when I demanded to get payed, the manager threw me out saying that my behaviour is unacceptable. Had to contact ACAS to get my money . Not recommended as an agency. They just mock people.

Caution ! Should be exercised when dealing with this ‘so called’ agency.

Some of the staff come across as unprofessional and discourteous especially when it comes to people like myself, who go to the trouble of registering online and then filling out a heap of forms for a position advertised by the agency, and then not getting any feedback at all.

After applying for an Electrical Assembler in Dudley,

I chased up the application that I had made and registered for (for a whole week) they replied with the standard excuse of being too busy.

Shannon the person who dealt with me when I went to their (sorry excuse for an office), came across as not very professional in her approach to me, she didn’t make proper eye contact and I didn’t receive any feedback at all from her regarding my application for an electrical role that I applied for.

I decided to withdraw my application and stay clear of this suspiciously unprofessional and discourteous agency.

I wouldn’t call them an agency, more like a (last chance saloon) for those who are unfortunate enough to get trapped in their tentacles of false promises and unprofessional behaviour.

It was a good agency, I enjoyed it! Now I’ve switched to a contract, because it’s a more stable place and you know for sure what your shift is. But at the agency you have an advantage; that you can choose the days you want to work. After Christmas, you will have less work, but after that you can work 6 days if you want, like I used to do. I worked for a period of 10 months with them. You can try!
