I recently booked my umrah with them. I went on my own and it was perfect to say the least. I did have a flight cancellation at my connecting flight. But Alamanah travels were in contact with him all through out my journey. They got me the next available flight to Saudi and after that everything went smoothly. They provided me with my flight, hotel, visa and health insurance. I opted out of transfers as I could get around on uber. And took the train from Makkah to madina. They were in contact with me from before I got to the airport from home until a couple of days after the trip. 10/10 experience. I would defo recommend them. The person that booked my umrah was Aitizaz and Ali. They were absolutely amazing. Without them I don’t think I would have been able to do my umrah.

Just returned a couple of days ago from Hajj, Al-hum du-lillah. The Al-hidaya team helped prepare us for hajj months in advance & were always available to help with any questions/concerns ect. The weekly webinars were very helpful. We couldn’t attend the seminar. The guides were amazing, especially Bilal & Ismaeel. Always smiling, calm & very approachable. They gave time to everyone. They were so patient Maa-shaa Allah. We had a great group that bonded really well. Everyone was helping each other. Had an amazing experience & so many memories that we will cherish. They really looked after us. Special shoutout to brother Bilal, who really is an asset to this team.
One thing I think would help is another female guide, as one was not enough in our camp. We only ever saw the male guides that accompanied & supported us.

I have just recently returned from Umrah on the August 7-17th package with Zam Zam travels.

The initial stage of the booking stage went very smoothly with Sharif Bhai. We were informed of everything well and was kept up to date with the whole booking process as well as receiving all documents required for the trip.

Great place to plan your big trip. Staff have very good knowledge about a range of places. Just wish you were able to book a slot with a specific member of staff. We have been in 3 times and had to use 3 different members of staff, not helpful. We find a young lady named Heather to be very good with a great knowledge of New Zealand.

I love Trailfinders which is why I return to them time after time. On this occasion it was to book us some extra days for sightseeing built around an already booked river cruise.
