The experience has been good so far. Been there 3 times already which I pre booked an appointment to review my apply products for certain reasons and the support team have been very helpful. It can get quite busy and the waiting time does increase because of that but be patient and they will come to you if you need help. This is purely a review for the customer support team. Overall the interior is really nice

Poor service, had gone to ask couple of questions for Mac mini and potentially buying. But had to wait 20 mins as whenever I went to talk to a service person, they would just be obnoxious and redirect me to someone else. Hadn’t thought that the employees working for providing service at “Apple” would be this rude. Had my worst experience at any Apple Store to be honest. I hope this improves.Didn’t buy what I needed at this Apple Store at the end as no one paid attention.
