Armstrong Build have worked with me over the past 2 years on a complete renovation and extension of my Victorian house in Moseley. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them and I would never choose a different contractor. During the build, we discovered many unexpected difficulties and Phil and the team have been open, honest and understanding throughout, helping me make the most sensible and often budget critical decisions. I have never felt like I was being pushed to spend money where it wasn't necessary, or even where it was necessary. I would completely trust these guys to give the best possible advice. I believe that this level of trust in your contractors is something fairly rare and it speaks volumes for the kind of people that they are. The quality of the build has been fantastic. The entire back on the house was taken down and rebuilt as part of the works and the brickwork is second to none and ties in seamlessly with the existing walls. Absolutely all of Armstrong's team on the ground have been fantastic, warm and personable. I have felt respected and appreciated throughout the entire project by all involved and have often asked team members for their opinion and advice which they were always happy to give. This team is seriously second to none. They are all cratfsmen who take immense pride in their work, which is reflected in the quality of everything they do. Wherever I did have some concerns or criticism, this was always taken seriously and rectified as necessary. Huge thanks to Steve, Steve, Val, Bob, Phil, Richard, Katie and many many more! You are an exceptional team For any period property renovation or extension, Armstrong Build are the best choice in Birmingham and beyond, no doubt.

I can not recommend Armstrong build highly enough. Exceptional service from start to finish, we are delighted with the build and at no time were we ever made to feel that we had chosen the wrong firm to work on our project. Phil and all the team were a joy to work with and all the work is immaculate. Our project was delivered on budget and on time with absolutely no hassle or problems along the way. The finishes and end result can only be described as perfection. Thank you to Phil and all the Armstrong team for making us so happy.

Don't know about their builds but did see a crew in a company branded small white van dump their rubbish out of the van in the Great Stone Inn car park... Bunch of carlin cans and rubbish. Well done lads

We wanted our bungalow upgraded and couldn't have been happier with the result. Over the last two years we started with a new bathroom and had a big problem with rotting floors and joists. But they soon proved how good the people are he employs. Keep you posted all the time as to how to resolve these issues. Fully explain what needs to be done and how they will put it right. There turned out to be lots of extra work and they did a great job. We were so pleased with the final bathroom.Just exactly what we wanted and the tiling, etc was such a professional finish. We had a problem with other rooms with rotten floors and we had all of them done. We had new doors in the hall, skirting boards, architrave and what a fabulous job they did with old walls it certainly wasn't straight forward. But the quality of finish and attention to detail was first class. Last year we had a new kitchen. We wanted to know if we should turn our large dining room into the kitchen and the old kitchen into a dining room. We were advised on what needed to be done. It was alot of work. Taking out the chimney breast, putting in an RSJ and many other jobs. The finish was just fabulous. Exactly what we wanted and quided us all the way. It doesn't matter what you want doing it will be carried out with first class contractors. We have come across many different trades with all the different works we had done but they were always, on time, professional, helpful, nothing too much trouble and top quality workmanship throughout. Well done to the whole team .

Difficult nowadays to find a honest company that listens and cares about their customers needs, however I was pleasantly surprised by these guys. They were friendly, supportive and efficient throughout the whole process start to finish. After speaking to Katie several times over the phone I knew I was in good hands, nothing was too much trouble and she was so friendly and reassuring. This really was a 5 star service!

By far and away the best builders we've ever used. Phil, Katie and the team are professional, friendly and responsive. Despite our build being relatively small in comparison to some of their projects, they've given us all of the time, attention and support we've needed. From the first day, when they put floor covers went down, to the moments when the inevitable unforseen problems occurred, we genuinely felt like they cared about us and our home, going above and beyond to give us a build better than we had expected. From uncovering the historic challenges of an old house to helping us to manage the actions of unreasonable neighbours, they've provided excellent advice, taking the stress out of our building project. They have a network of equally professional trades (including structural engineers), which they've been able to deploy at short notice when needed. All of their tradespeople have been very professional and friendly, making sure the house and garden are tidy at the end of the day. Katie has been an amazing project manager, responding to queries straight away and sorting every problem we've given her! Their pricing is competitive, fair and transparent and they've been happy to explain the elements of every part of our building and landscaping work. We will always use Phil and the team for building projects in the future - I wouldn't put my house in the hands of anyone else.

Great organisation. Had an extension fitted on my property. They kept to schedule, were on time the team worked well with each other and knew exactly what each of them were responsible for doing. Would recommend this company.
