I have done a Hollywood waxing at this salon at Casey and I want to say I was utterly shocked by how bad the treatment was. Firstly if I pay for a Hollywood Hot wax I expect Hollywood to be used(even for the cleaning after), instead I got more than half done with the strip wax. I asked if there is a reason why and was told it’s because it’s a sensitive area and the wax is too hot. She also said it’s impossible to make the wax less hot because that’s how it’s supposed to be. I also want to say that I can understand information communicated in less patronising manner especially when I have done this treatment and I had the possibility to select the temperature of my wax, so it’s not burning my sensitive areas. The strip wax damaged my skin and especially after her continuously dabbing motions in my very sensitive areas which I flagged to her, but it didn’t matter because that’s the procedure in her words. And on top of all this not even all the hair was removed. Very disappointed form the service to the attitude and the results. Don’t go to them if you want ta gentle and sensitive approach for intimate waxing.

Great massage and beautiful nails! I came here to get my nails done before my graduation and the nail art was amazing. They really listened to what I wanted and made helpful suggestions as to what colors/designs would go best with my dress. Highly recommend!

Lashes fell out after 2 days. All of my left eye was gone and a few left on my right after one week. They won’t redo them and want to charge me for an infill. One week layer I have none left at all. An infill of what? There are no lashes left. The brow lamination also looked ridiculous, I asked for natural and I had strong really dark block brows. Fine if that’s the look you like but I asked for NATURAL. She also left the tint stain in my brows so I had red-brown stains and smears all around my eyebrows which didn’t fade for a few days.

I go here to get my nails done by the lovely Elicia - @thenailconnoisseur on Instagram. She is an incredible nail technician at the salon, and lovely bubbly part of the team. I love going to Aspire Tan and Beauty! Highly recommend
