This dealership was fairly nice and Starla made the purchase experience very smooth for me. I am giving three stars because they had lost the extra keys for the vehicle I purchased and it was also almost dead on charge so I had to immediately find a rapid charging station to even get home. They also backed the vehicle I traded in into a pole test driving it. Luckily for them I did purchase the new vehicle, but they didn’t even tell me about that incident, I saw it in the parking lot with the damage on it. Overall they gave me a fair price and had good inventory, but not impressed otherwise with other aspects of this dealership.

⭐ My Birmingham Luxury Motors Adventure ⭐
Buckle up! I’ve got a story to tell:
In March 2025, I bought what was supposed to be a “mint condition” Red Tesla Model S from BLM. I knew what I wanted. Had the credit and the cash. Easy transfer! Well…no. Four months later, I’m out thousands and stuck with a car Tesla STILL can’t fully fix.
THE SETUP:
Salesman Jimmy swore this Tesla was pristine. Even promised in writing he’d personally verified the tilt-screen feature I specifically wanted. After I put down my deposit, I asked for videos – they stalled for days, then sent footage that mysteriously avoided all the damage. Red flag #1.
THE WAIT:
After paying in full: radio silence. Days of “we’re getting it ready” and “final inspections.” They shipped it from Alabama to South Carolina – plenty of time to fix issues, right? Spoiler: they did absolutely nothing.
THE REALITY CHECK:
Car arrives looking like a demolition derby survivor:
Front suspension clanking like a broken shopping cart
Steering wheel literally chewed up
Water sloshing inside the taillight
Center console completely broken
Paint damage on hood
Rear fender scraped from obvious collision
That promised tilt-screen? Never existed
Manager Andy’s response? “Just call Tesla, they’ll handle it. This is why it has a warranty”
THE TESLA NIGHTMARE:
I spent 5 days driving back and forth to Savannah while Tesla dismantled the entire car. They removed the whole front end. Ripped out the center console. The tech couldn’t believe a dealer sold it in this condition.
THE EMPTY PROMISES:
When I complained, Andy suddenly needed “management approval” (isn’t he management?). Promised paint repairs, compensation for missing features, reimbursement for Savannah trips. His favorite line: “Let’s deal with registration first, then the other stuff” – as if ANY of this was my job. I literally paid them to do this. “I’ll call you right back,” he’d say. Heard that countless times. Still waiting on a reimbursement for damage that was on the car and they concealed from 4 months ago.
THE REGISTRATION CIRCUS:
They didn’t START paperwork for nearly a MONTH. When I’d panic about expired tags (I need to work and travel), Andy would casually say: “Don’t worry about it, just take another temp tag.” These weren’t real temp tags – just paper printouts. Got pulled over. The cop was not amused. 62 DAYS and three DMV trips later + time off work because my car dealership doesn’t know how to register a car – I finally registered it myself.
THE THEFT:
BLM charged me $859 for “taxes” at purchase. At the DMV, surprise! Pay $884 again because BLM never sent the money to the state. They mailed back $300 and kept the rest of MY tax money.
Since June: complete ghost mode. They owe me thousands in documented expenses. Nothing.
“Management” never approved anything because there was never any intention to make it right. It was all delay and hope it goes away. Well here we are.
WARNING: When you post your review, they’ll have some bot reply about how “management takes this seriously.” Don’t believe it. I did. They don’t.
Save yourself the nightmare. Run from this dealership.

What an dirty experience at Car Supermarket!
As you see at the pictures it was very dirty. Only they washed the car and sweep the dash. When I came to home. Steering wheel was very dirty.
If you’re thinking of buying a car, checked all details. But when I checked after arrive to home I realized that all tyres is different brands, yokohama, continental, giti, ilink.
Most probably car supermarket took all new tyres and put old tyres. And no one explain this? Could be happier with this purchase – highly not recommend! Just be careful and do not trust seller or recommendation ….

I have traded in my vehicle with full service history dent in n/s front panel I i have my car inspected at least every 6 months all clean from vehicle health check I have been advised that the car has got a problem with the cam timing belt and they said I would have to pay £600 I have every service record and everything is fine I now have to pay an extra £600 so I can drive my new car away I did not even get offered a drink and my the new car is low on fuel I brought the car 2 weeks ago and have been waiting ever since I have had 4 cars from Motorpoint I have spoken to all the people that has done service and visual health checks on my car and they have confirmed they have not picked anything up the car in question has 25000 miles on the clock. I would appreciate an explanation please as I am now paying extra on finance and has resulted another hard search on my credit file there was no warning lights on the car and the new car in question has scratches and no petrol in it and a big tear in the rear seat .

Have bought a car recently and expected a car that is fully serviced to not have many problems. Within a month of buying the car, the clutch completely drops whilst driving and now I have to wait a few weeks for a garage from their warranty company to see my car, along with going through all the calls with recovery vehicles and the warranty company to sort out the problems with my car myself, as they don’t do that. They have also forgotten to reset inspection dial on the vehicle. Among all this, the communication after they have sold you a car is abysmal. Horrible experience and if there is a car that has a problem in their showroom, i wouldn’t trust them to fix it before selling it to someone.

Please take car if you pay to have Motorpoint deliver a car to your nearest facility. I recently contacted the Birmingham branch and asked about the condition for a car I was interested in, explaining that I was particluarly interested in any scratches, paint chips etc. to the bodywork. Someone kindly checked the car for me, explained that there were a couple of scratches and one small dent but otherwise the bodywork was excellent, and on this basis I paid to get the car transferred to Portsmouth. When I went to collect the car from Portsmouth there were a significant number of stone chips on the bonnet and bumper, which resulted in me not proceeding with the purchase, the car not being as described. Motorpoint informed me that I was not entitled to a refund of the £149 as the car “was to Motorpoint standard for a vehicle of that age and mileage”; even though it had body defects that I had not been made aware of when I asked. Needless to say, I will not consider using Motorpoint in the future.

My experience with Autosmart has been excellent. Ash was reassuring, and patient with all the questions I had. Visited twice once to test drive the car this went all smoothly, he asked if I needed more driving time. Discounts were offered and of course taken!!! My sister was with me and has asked him to look out for a car for her. I will definitely recommend AutoSmart, professional, excellent customer service and nothing was a bother.

I had a very pleasant experience buying my 2012 Vauxhall Corsa, which I was also able to test drive beforehand. The car was in pristine condition, came with a new MOT, full service and 3 months warranty. I’ve had the car a few weeks now and there have been no issues after driving over 500 miles.
I was mainly served by Martin, along with Vincent — both of whom were genuinely really nice, patient guys. They knew the answers to all my questions, and were able to accomodate my requests.

My sister went to look at a car she was interested in this morning. She ended up buying it, according to her the staff were very very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with one of the windows in which they said they would fix free of charge. Whilst they was talking, one of the staff had asked us where we were coming from and we live about an hour away from the dealership, the very kind-hearted man offered to deliver the car completely free of charge and it left me very surprised. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. Their customer service was outstanding.

Asu cars had the car I was looking for my grandson it ticked all the boxes and the price was excellent compared to other garages. The only problem was Asu Cars was about 160 miles from me, but they said that they could deliver. I did the initial enquiry by email and the owner responded immediately. He was very friendly and in my opinion trustworthy he quoted a very reasonable price for delivering the car and within an hour the deal was done. He phoned me to ask if the next day was ok for delivery and that he would get his nephew to bring it. The car arrived the next day again his nephew was a very likeable person who showed me the car, hi phoned his uncle. To update him only to be told that he had to take me on a proper test run. I would definitely buy off Asu Cars again and recommend them

I purchased the car for delivery. I took it to a garage and it has some issues. I phoned and spoke to Ahmed and he was amazingly helpful. The car was collected, he sorted all issues and I was loaned a courtesy car while the work was being done. ASU cars are a credit to the car sales industry. Amazing atersales service, can’t recommend highly enough.

I purchased a car from Tan at Asu this week to be delivered and it’s been a smooth experience from start to finish. I couldn’t make it up to Birmingham to see the car before I put a deposit down and was nervous about buying a car I’d not test driven or had a chance to inspect beforehand, but Tan really set my mind at ease. It was a quick turnaround, the MOT and service done quickly and he drove the car down to me in Bristol himself on the day it was promised. Communication was great, and the car itself is as described, in great condition and reasonably priced.

Week later, Alex, who completed the sale for us, delivered the car to our house and took our old one away for part exchange. Great service, all questions answered and was met with full transparency. Great service from salesman Narayan, very helpful in helping me choose a car. Very knowledge and listened to what I wanted. Found the perfect car. So I thought.

Update since receiving the car 30/8/22
30/8/22- after driving 10miles the tyre deflated and on examination there was a rusty nail and cracks in the groves. This was a issues highlighted by the AA inspection which was ignored. 2 front tyres had to be replaced as close to legal limit.
They replaced the tyre so gave them the benefit of doubt that everything else was ok.
19/9/22 Car ran out of oil and water and tried to reject sighting engine issues which they refused take back.
The finance company had a independent RAC inspection which identified issues with the engine.
I began to investigate my documents as well as the dealership and found a catalogue of issues ranging from false documentation to the general manager Patrick trying to throw his mechanic and the MOT garage which is on sight. I have a 20 page document of evidence that I will publish soon. I have been in talks with trading standards as well as the motor ombudsman as its appalling the practices that I have uncovered through the investigation.
I had an independent MOT done and received 2 advisories for the tyres one of which they were meant to replace. On making enquires with the tyre shop I was told they were instructed to repair the puncture rather than replace the cracked tyre. So they are not to be trusted.
In the mean time if you do decide to purchase a car from this garage take a picture of the advert. Make sure that you see all inspection reports and obtain a copies. Check you have the correct amount of service stamps as advertised and ask for the service paperwork. Check the previous MOT reports on the governent website and if there are any recalls on the vehicle. Also check the warranty document carefully as I found incorrect date and millage as well as price on mine.
Not saying that everyone will have a bad experience. But unfortunately I have. Just want to spare someone else the same experience I had.
I will publish the document in due course with supporting evidence as this is what i will present if we end up in court.

Bought a Ford C max from Naz and his colleagues at Radley recently. The car is superb, its actually has a better specification than was shown in the original advert. In fairness it has so many features, it would be hard to list them all. It was for our daughter who is absolutely delighted with it. The service we received was outstanding, friendly, attentive, not pushy and happy to work with us to get the right car. I would recommend them highly. I even received a quick phone from Naz a couple of days we picked the car up to check how it was going and to assure us he would be happy to deal with any problems or issues we may have in the future. Unprofessional and unfair. I had reserved a car with them via Autotrader, for a fee. When I came from another city to see the car, they demanded another fee of 200 pounds to keep the car reserved. They had no right to do it, but I was under pressure and agreed. Then I decided not to buy the car, and despite several reminders they never paid those 200 pounds back (they texted me suggesting they would, but didn’t). It’s been three months now and no more contact from the company.
UPDATE: After I posted this review, they called me and demanded that I take it off before they pay the money back. Bordering on criminal, IMHO. In their response below, they’re lying even further. Nothing such as they claim was ever explained to me. Quite the contrary – when I asked if the deposit was refundable, they said yes. Avoid at all cost!

Bought an extremely low mileage 2018 Nissan Juke from Radley Motor Company. Communication was friendly and polite. Very happy with the condition of the car in general. It would be the perfect car, if the AC didn’t give me warm breeze an hour after I collected it.

The AC was cool in the morning test drive obviously as it was stored indoor, it turned warm that very afternoon. After I further brought it to a local garage, i was told there’s a major leak / malfunction, which eventually cost my quite a lot. I just wished I had better luck and perhaps the mechanics can find out the AC problem before they put it on the market.

One star is more than they deserve!
AVOID !! Purchased a vehicle in January 2025. With a week there was an oil leak that I had to get fixed. This week oil light flashed on and off immediately took it to my local garage less than 5 minutes away who looked at it and found that the wet dry belt had been replaced but damage had already been done to engine before replaced, it now needs an engine replacement, called them several times all they are saying is that my mechanic is wrong and pointing out to me that I have had the car for 6 months! Never mind that it cost 6500!
