Amazing service and a great van. The van was actually larger than expected, and I spoke to Ishaq who said he will try and get the high spec vehicle if possible. It was in excellent condition and had Android Auto, about 8 USB ports, heated seats, and a lot of other extras. It drove really well and smooth, no problems at all. Ishaq and Kamil were really helpful with their service, both the collection and drop off were very smooth, quick, and very COVID compliant. They were very flexible about the seats and helped me dismount the extra seats which were very heavy and really complicated to take out so I could fit some extra luggage. They also recommended some options and offered a discounted upgrade to an automatic car and a fuel policy (pre purchasing) which worked well for me as I was driving a lot of miles. Overall, highly recommend these guys. Could not have expected a smoother experience or a better car. I had to drive nearly 450 miles in a 24 hour period, and the car was very comfortable and made the drive quite enjoyable.

Dishonest, Unreliable and dodgy company and people. I rent this car for a week, upon my return they billed me for this tinny Scratch hardly visible. which was not occured during my rental period £998.90 but after few disputation they reduce the amount to exact amount Excess or deposit they took from my Bank. and they deduct this money from my bank without my consent.

From the start I had a really great friendly service. It was easy and quick, my details were entered online and very quickly verified when I collected the vehicle. The Peugeot 208 was a fantastic, immaculate 2020 model. The return process was equally easy and quick. My deposit was returned to my credit card literally within minutes of returning the vehicle. I would definitely use green motion Washington st Birmingham again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Opening hours were good, location was fantastic on a quiet street lets you get used to the car before hitting the traffic, and drop off was a breeze. Wonderful car renting experience with Green Motion Car & Van Rental. We hired a car for 3 weeks and customer service was top notch from start to finish. Pick up was easy though plan for a bit of extra time. Hamad took us around and through the car in good detail and this was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the upgrade to a Mercedes and had a blast driving around. Me and my partner hired a car from green motion a few weeks ago. The customer service was excellent from ibrahim, very happy with his service. He made us feel so welcome, very polite and bubbly. Renting the car went well. Very satisfied overall. Best rental company we’ve ever used. Definitely recommend to others and we will definitely be coming back.

Great staff! Very helpful and honest. They’re a different franchise altogether to Green Motion Birmingham International and you can see that clearly in their service, attitude to help, prices and honesty. Great car. Exactly as it said it would be. Full comprehensive was offered at a high price (that’s the customers choice). Would definitely use them again!
