I’ve been here a few times before — usually it’s a solid “you get what you pay for” situation. £18, quick clean, nothing to rave about but nothing to complain about either.

This time though? It’s like they forgot to clean the inside. The outside and seats looked decent, mats looked okay… until you dared to look anywhere else. In between the seats? Cup holders? Door pockets? Under the mats? boot? Absolutely disappointing. Even the door seals looked like they’d been through a dust storm.

This is the Best Car Wash in Birmingham. Trust me , they are super excellent. There name is a True Represntation. Very polite and friendly staff. Very safe and professional place. I will recommend anyone here anytime anyday. They are always available all week which makes it easier for customers to come in. They are the only car wash zone that closes 8pm. Even if you come late they will attend to you. Very big and spacious car wash. They have excellent service and use quality products that will make your car look brand new. After finding them on tiktok thought to just give it a go, travelled 5 miles leaving so many car washes behind but in the end it was well worth it. Did a mini valet and they put a huge effort on my car, Those 2 guys cleaned my car proper way and not just trying get rid of me quickly. I appreciate them doing so much. Fabulous team of hardworking and non arrogant compared to many other car washes! They did everything I asked them to do eventho it was a 20 year old Honda Jazz!
They even removed a 15 inch scratch with T-cut for me!

Came back 2 days with a filthy 21 year old Volvo S80 with heavily stained creme interior!

They went above and beyond and cleaned the hell out of it meanwhile I was munching away across the road at ROSCOE’S!

Such a good experience. They were so careful with the car and made sure the car was clean top to bottom. They were all nice and friendly and the job they do is so much above their cheap prices. Their quality of work is the best and I would tell everyone to only wash/clean their cars here!!!

I usually come to this car wash and their service is most of the time good. But today the customer service wasn’t quite there! There was a young lad who was washing my car, and didn’t even do a decent job. He kept shouting in his language amongst his employees and from his body language it was quite obvious he wasn’t happy with cleaning my car. There was another colleague who had a few times shouted at him and had pointed out the dirt he has left on my car too to which he was waving his arms about and blaming the car when he hadn’t cleaned it properly! I never complain about things like this but today it was just not a great experience. I don’t think I’ll be returning after this and I’ve been a customer since 2013!! Shoddy half job and actually complaining to me that the car was too much. There was tree glue, leaves and regular dirt which comes into the car with your feet. It used to be a quality car wash, I cannot say the same for it now.

I’ve been coming to wash cars here for some years, now that an old friend and car enthusiast came to visit I wanted to showcase their talent.

A classic BMW has had its pride offered back thanks to these amazing gentlemen who take so much PRIDE in the quality of their work.

I am myself a car wash enthusiast, mostly doing it myself , thought to give this car wash a try , they are pretty efficient and use decent materials for the washing , my ultimate criteria for a car wash is if someone can wash the alloy wheels to perfection, which they almost , I say again almost did but by a very little margin . Overall I would say 4/5 . Alloy wheels 3/5 .

Rushing when washing car and leaving lots of scratches on the car. Seemed very unprofessional. Using dirty cloths to wash the car and speeding through the wash, would not recommend anyone to come here for car wash and dry

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend!

I had an awful experience at. The staff was careless and unprofessional. They scratched my car doors using the dirty clothes. I even saw them drop the cleaning cloth on the ground and continue wiping my car with it! This kind of negligence is unacceptable.

If you care about your car, avoid this place. They clearly don’t value their customers or their vehicles.

My regular car wash this place does a brilliant job I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service definitely pay them a visit and also they are the best when it comes to interior cleaning

The service has worsened, not like it used to be. Now every time I come here i have to point them at least one thing which missed to clean or hasnt cleaned properly. Have to ask them to even vacuum seats properly. Prices are higher than other nearby wash places and no efforts in cleaning process.

Best car wash in Birmingham hands down. The speedy service and pristine finish is unrivalled. I am very particular with car washing etc but i have never been able to fault the wash and I’ve been coming for over 5 years +. The best thing is that they open from 9am till midnight 7 days a week (most times). Price has gone up from £5 to £6 since last week but for a full snow foam, hand wash, jet wash and then a rinse dry and tyre shine all for around a fiver is absolutely marvellous.

I took my small car not expensive to this car wash , thy broke the mirror on
sun shades and hide under the site. Luckily I noticed it and called the manger, he had no shame but tell me I brought my car like when in fact they broke it . I will never take my car to this place. don’t live your car , stay close to your car and watch. They are not even good at cleaning.

Had my car washed today at Highgate. Exellent service . Workers did a greater job .One of the cheapest on the area.

I’d give 0 stars if I could – Avoid like the bloody plague!!! Absolutely diabolical car wash, brought a brand new car, took it for a wash here and now I have deep scratches all over my paintwork. They didn’t even wash it properly! Took my money and the cheeky buggers didn’t put no tyre shine on and were not going to wipe the water off!! Do not go here!

Good service cars are well cleaned. However last visit there were mud spatters left . Felt it was rushed this time. I will use again.

£10 for a car wash , it wasn’t busy , and car was still dirty , half hearted attempt and just shrugged when pointed to dirt marks , there must be better places…

Always disappointed. Wheel arch trims. Under door, boot and front spoiler trim is always left dirty. I end up having to do it myself when I get home. Didn’t mind do much when it was £6 for small car. But £9 is a lot for a poor finish. I would add a photo from yesterday’s wash but I’ve already corrected it and done it myself.

Always a good service, great at cleaning my old car’s wheel’s. My car is older so I’m glad of the attention paid. Price’s are good & a full range of valeting offered. Easy drive along as they clean.

Must admit I dropped a star because I’m not always happy with how dry my car is at the end, I like the shut’s & bottom of door edge wiped & it’s sometime’s missed, I know they gey very busy, but this happen’s when it’s not busy.

Took my car in today paid £9 and when I got home the left side of my car wasn’t clean at all..I thought how fast they had done it.. definitely won’t be going back there

Absolutely rubbish. In the start they say they will do 15 pound wash and in the end demand 20 pounds saying we did a good clean of the seats which was actually included in the 15 pounds. Avoid this place.

The guys at the car wash did a great job washing & vacuuming my car. They offer different choices of valeting.

Awful service.
I went in for a jet wash, literally less then a minute rinse with water only around the vehicle and I was told it would be £7. When I tried to argue that their “Hand car wash” is advertised for £6 and he’s trying to charge me £7 for a quick jet wash, the boss man had the nerve to say “OK, best I could do is £6”.

Disgusting experience! They treat and speak to women like they are something on their shoe! Very aggressive, surrounded a woman shouting at her over a misunderstanding! Which was their fault! I would avoid using at all costs, especially if you’re a female and never go alone if you do! Appalling behaviour from the men and the man in charge! A passer by had to intervene as they were surrounding and shouting at a young lady, in their language, who was very scared and upset because she didn’t understand. All she asked was to let her speak. They wouldn’t let her speak a word! Appalling and should be closed down!

Visited on a Sunday for car wash and interior wipe. I didn’t have to wait for long. The car was clean in and out, satisfied with the quality of service. They accept only cash, and the ATM machine charges you for withdrawal, so make sure to carry cash with you if you plan to visit.

Used to be my regular car wash place but will look elsewhere. Paid £15 for wash 4 which is wash and wax , tyres, vacuum , dry. I can understand prices going up but atleast give a good service. Car was still dirty after wash , vacuuming not done properly. There was still a lot of insect marks on the windscreen and the water marks was very visible on the parts they didn’t wipe / dry properly . Can anyone recommend anywhere else better ?

The best car wash around!! Top job on my car everytime with brilliant customer service. Have tried other car washes that have been on route somewhere and can honestly say I’ve never been impressed. Won’t go anywhere but here now! Highly recommend :))

Absolutely shocking service. Asked for a mini valet – pretty sure a 5 year old would have done a better job. The trims are filthy, there’s fluff still in the corners of the passenger window and smudges all over the mirrors. Mirrors clearly not cleaned.
One of the guys washing my car was rude. You could tell that he thought a lot of himself. Looked at me like an alien when he saw a shopping bag in my boot.
Never have I been to a carwash and been gestured at to empty the car!
This place will never see a dime more of my money. Think it’s time to invest in a Karcher!

I’m a taxi driver so a clean car is absolutely essential! I get my car cleaned 4 / 5 times a month and sometimes have to go to other establishments depending on where I am at the time, and unfortunately, 80% of the time, I am disappointed. So I always make sure I come here at least 3 times a month. Bamo and team are just ace!

They didn’t wash the car properly to be honest. I don’t know they were in a hurry or what but terrible service. Also they don’t accept card payment.

I used to wash my own car but since ive got a few disabilities i can’t do it anymore but since coming here the guy’s have been great to me, ive had a mini valet and omg the car was great like new thank you guy’s.

I have used this car wash for a very long time but my last few visits have left me dissatisfied. Today I left the car wash and on first glance the front of my car was cleaned amazingly but I got home to realised they hadn’t vacuumed the back floor wells properly at all and hadn’t even touched the boot. Considering they charge me for a large vehicle price for my two door coupe I expect the service I am paying for. I don’t think I will be returning again.

This is the first time I used this centre and it was a very disappointing service from them. The staffs who done inside the car were least bothered to do their job. I had to point them many times to get the job done and I felt like they done it for name sake. But they were in a hurry for the payment. I never recommend this centre to anyone.

The people here are incredibly rude, and none of the staff are courteous. They seem more focused on washing as many cars as possible rather than doing a proper job. When I pointed out that the rims and door panels weren’t cleaned properly, the staff argued with me and were very disrespectful. Even the owner came over and said that cleaning thoroughly would waste their time. I recommend finding another car wash where they actually listen to their customers. I will never use their services again.
