I came to Saki’s based on good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed! Needed my CLA sorted inorder to pass it’s MOT, Saki’s sorted all of this last minute which was a bonus.

Edited.. Had a pleasant chat with Mr Saki himself, wahta great gentlemen with a lot of knowledge. I was also proper impressed with the design layout of the MOT paperwork presentation. Never had this before!

Welcoming and friendly staff, can definitely trust them to sort your car out with a fast and reliable service. Would definitely recommend anyone to bring their cars down. Came down to diagnose a problem I had with my wheel bearing. Initially was told to leave the car with them and it will be sorted for next morning. They managed to get my car on the ramp, source the parts and fix the car within 2 hours (I came in at 5:30pm). Also appreciated the fact that they pointed out other minor issues with my car which I was aware of that need changing. I will be bringing it down to them to sort at a later date. They also gave a complimentary car wash .

When I moved to Erdington about 3 years ago my car’s engine light came on while I was busy moving stuff. By stroke of luck I visited their garage and dropped off my car. Get a call to pick the car up after a few hours. Turned out that the battery needed charging and nothing else was wrong with the car. The staff did not charge me anything and I drove off in awe. I have not gone anywhere else since then for my car work.

Excellent results with this family run business,My exhaust fell off and I was in a bad situation in that my MOT had ran out over the weekend…Mike came to the rescue and the staff were all very friendly and I was well happy with that and other repairs I had to have done, Good fair prices I will be returning next year Thanks Mike and all at Marsh lane Auto’s. ✨

Genuinely good people! My car wouldn’t start so I called Anderson and Jerome, they arrived within 3 hours of calling to look at the car. They gave lots of good advice and whilst unfortunately my car was beyond repair, they even advised where I could take it which I have done today. Would use going forward should I ever need a mechanic again.

Andy and Jerome were simply brilliant. They helped source and swap out an awkward fuel filter for my older Lexus. Highly recommended, would call them again in a heartbeat (tho I hope I don’t need to!)

As a woman driver – sometimes it’s easy to feel hard done by.. told this and that to buy this and that – not with this wonderful family business. Two brothers and their father have shown me utmost courtesy and even pumped the tyre up for me a few times until we could figure out a more permanent solution. Also the forecourt in spacious and easy to pull up into with a few parking spaces too. Very thoughtful, helpful and brilliant prices !

I have come here twice now, I’ve had a full service, car play installed and many more. The customer service has been amazing, they’ve been really helpful and they sorted my car out in a day which is great. Overall great place and I would definitely return in the future. Very pleased.

For some reason they like to quote you double the price than any other garage. Quoted me £80 for air-con regas of my Merc but was £40 from almost everywhere else. They did the same thing previously when I asked them for car polishing.

In the end got it done from Climate Controllers in Small heath for £40. .

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. An old, dirty tire was placed on my brand new car seats, contrary to instructions was after placed in the boot. This oversight was unacceptable, and I urge the company to improve their handling and care standards.

I recently booked a full service for my Audi Q2 at Kwik Fit, which was quite a costly service. Given the expense, I expected a high level of professionalism and thorough attention to detail.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing:

Basic cleaning of the car was not included in the service, which I would consider a standard courtesy with a full service.

I was not provided with any detailed documentation of the work done—no receipt or breakdown of the oil change, filter replacements, or other service actions.

The only document I received was the Vehicle Health Check Report.

I also expected the Digital Service Record to be updated, as is standard with main dealer or professional servicing. This was not done, nor was I given a physical service record to retain for my own records.

Given the cost of the service, I had anticipated a much more complete and transparent experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe Kwik Fit can do better in meeting customer expectations

Slow puncture noted on a Sunday morning, managed to book an appointment online, saw me straight away, the gentleman at the main reception very friendly and helpful, managed to sort the issue quickly (sorry I didn’t get out name), thank you. He also explained he could help with a separate issue with the car, that I would need to come back for. First experience at this branch and I will be a returning customer.

Called up first thing in the morning 8:50am, as I woke up to a flat tyre, was told to bring it in. I reached there around 9:40 and had a tyre ordered in and was told it would be ready between 3-4pm as it was not in stock but had been ordered. To my pleasant surprise I received a call at 12:45pm to say my car was ready for collection. Excellent service with helpful and reliable staff. Thank you

Noticed a puncture at 4.30pm, phoned this Kwik Fit and was told if I could get car there they could sort this evening. I was shown the screw in the tyre and within 15/20 minutes had new tyre fitted. Very friendly and efficient chap on reception, wish I had asked his name because his customer service was amazing.

Absolutely brilliant. Mr Kwik fit fitted my Motability car with a new tyre within half an hour. YCGBTAKFF.

Very disappointing to see the staff turn me away when I was in desperate need. I had booked an appointment for battery check and was likely looking to get a new battery, but the staff told me they didn’t have the battery checking equipment and I should head to small heath kwikfit as they were borrowing it, I did visit small heath shop and they didn’t have the staff who could do it and they referred me to visit Sheldon at this point I just got fed-up and then decided to visit Halfords at Holloway head and they sorted me out when they we’re about to close.

After spending so much money with Kwik-Fit so far I have learned my lesson that these guys are not reliable and I will never recommend them for any job.

Have had brake pads, calippers, water pump and sensors replaced on my car with this garage. The owners are super helpful, the staff are excellent. Very good communication and hassle free. Not to mention they don’t whack you with silly prices like other garages. Very affordable and excellent grade services. 10/10.

I recently took my car to M Brothers Garage and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They fitted a new subframe and shocks for me, and not only was the price really cheap, but the quality of the parts and the work was top-notch. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.

This is the most professional garage I’ve been to, it’s my main mechanic’s from now on. Initially booked in for a diagnostic and got my whole car looked at to which I discovered a coolant leak.

They recommended me to get it fixed despite a slow leak, which shows concern and respect to tell me how it is, got the job booked in and it was a full bumper off job, job was done within 2 hours and bumper looks like it was never touched, and part was replaced. Took my car for faulty water pump he said I needed a new pump for my oil and the cost of this is £600 so took to another garage and there’s nothing wrong with oil pump paid £388 just for water pump and lights for car I think this is very overpriced I won’t be going there again! Total rip off avoid this garage

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this mechanics workshop that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did the mechanics damage parts of my vehicle during their so-called repairs, but they also made me pay for these unnecessary damages. It was clear from the beginning that their workmanship was careless and unprofessional, causing more problems than they fixed.

What made this experience even more unbearable was the blatant racism I faced from one of the employees—a young white man who was openly hostile and extremely rude towards me because of my race. His discriminatory attitude was unmistakable and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. This wasn’t just a one-off rude comment; it was a consistent pattern of condescension and blatant prejudice throughout my visit.

To make matters worse, this young man had an accomplice—an overweight employee—who was equally disrespectful and complicit in the scam. Together, they created a toxic environment where customers, especially people of color, are treated with disdain and scammed out of their hard-earned money. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but downright malicious.

This workshop is a complete scam, preying on customers by damaging vehicles intentionally or through negligence and then charging for those damages. The racism and rudeness displayed by these employees make it clear that this is not a place that values or respects all customers equally. I strongly urge anyone considering this workshop to stay far away. These two men should be fired immediately for their racist, rude, and fraudulent behavior. No one deserves to be treated this way or ripped off under the guise of vehicle repair. Close them down !!

SCAMMERS

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this establishment, and I urge everyone to steer clear if you value your time and money. They are nothing short of scam artists! I ended up paying over £2000 to fix an issue that they caused, only to have my car break down again just one day after I got it back.

The young man who handled my case was not only rude but also dishonest. He lied about the repairs being completed and showed a complete lack of professionalism. His inappropriate language and manner of speaking were shocking, and I sincerely hope he faces consequences for his behavior.

The customer service here is horrendous. They deserve to be investigated for fraud, and I genuinely hope they shut down soon. It’s infuriating to think about how many people they’ve scammed with their incompetence and lack of skill.

If you’re looking for a reliable service, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They are unskilled, rude, and provide the worst customer service imaginable. I can’t stand the thought of them continuing to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. They need to be held accountable for their actions
DISGUSTING

I took my car there on Monday 28.01.24 for a warning light showing on my dashboard (abs fault). After their diagnosis they came back to me saying that the battery of the car was at 2% and it would have been, most probably, the root of the fault. I agreed to replace the battery and have also an oil and filter change that costed me £526. They started to drain the oil before they gave me the quote and I had no other options to let them carry on with their job. Today, 30.01.24, the same warning light has appeared on my dashboard. I am disappointed and will take the car to the garage first thing on the morning hoping it will be fixed for good without paying what I shouldn’t pay. I was called by them on the first instance after RAC came to my house and diagnosed the fault. I really hope they can sort the issue out. I know you have a job to do and you have to be paid for it but I also know that money doesn’t grow on trees. Frustrating and sadness are the feelings I’m experiencing at the moment.

Unreliable, waste of time. No genuine fixs. Time wasters, problem causers. Would not recommend to anyone avoid this garage at any means necessary, look for a different garage, this is not the place!

I think if you know what you’re doing – this place is okay. But my experience was very frustrating.

My car broke down and this was the only place that was available. I paid around £600 to change my cars battery as they said that was the problem + replacement wires. While staff were friendly, the price quote changed 3 times, they increased it then decreased it – I think to make it out to be a saver. This part was super dodgy and made me uncomfortable. I did get my car same day I dropped it off…

Since this was my first experience I didn’t really want to haggle or argue so I just agreed. Everyone I told said I was scammed and honestly it felt like it to me.
