Excellent service! Visited for an MOT on 21.07.25 12.15pm. Only two members of staff on site and both were extremely busy. Nevertheless, they were professional, courteous and friendly throughout - providing for several customers at the same time: all of whom were dealt with using the highest possible standards. Very welcoming and always made the time to put the costumers first. Highly recommended and the staff were outstanding ambassadors for the company! Thank you!

Booked in for an MOT yesterday and again this morning. Had to rebook because MOT'er did a quick inspection and told me my car would fail because of my number plate. Store manager made some calls and arranged for new plates to be fitted and moved my slot to this morning with no extra charge. Really good service and friendly staff, so I'm very pleased.

This is the only Kwik Fit I’ll be going to from now on! I had to get a tyre changed today, and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that delivers both excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, but they nailed it. All I needed was a puncture repair but even though I had booked in and given all the van details they said they couldn't do it. The first person that greeted me was very polite and apologetic but the guy who came out to look at the tyre was quite surly and gave the impression that it was nearly home time and couldn't be bothered. Company policy meant they couldn't jack it up inside, outside or put on the ramp as my van has side skirts. I've been to plenty of tyre places where this has never been an issue. In fact there was another car there which couldn't be done either so to save anyone wasting their time I'd suggest asking more questions about the vehicle. Disappointed.

Staff are really helpful and friendly would definitely recommend this location as a walk in, I had a 2+ hour delay from a 16:00 appointment time on the delivery of my tyres, The staff were helpful and kept chasing the delivery constantly they kept the shop open past opening hours with staff until the delivery arrived then fitted all the tyres, as my availability was only that day top notch service , whilst waiting I also noticed them help other walk in customers with various issues in between appointments, Customer service on the other hand im not so impressed with, when notified of the issue I was offered a £30 gift card to use in future, My vehicle has 4 new tyres now so that giftcard would expire most likely before a new tyre is needed,

I can't thank the team at Quickfit perry barr enough for their help. After my car failed its MOT due to the wiper blades, they not only sorted out fitting the replacements quickly but also managed to fit me in first thing the next morning to get everything retested and sorted. A special thanks to Marni, who was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Super friendly, efficient, and genuinely went out of their way to help – exactly what you need in a stressful moment. Great service from start to finish!
