Ruptured a tyre on our journey back from the Lake District over the bank holiday. Gave these guys a call and they couldn’t have been more helpful – really friendly, welcoming, and had us back on the road within an hour and a half. Fantastic service!

I suddenly popped a tyre whilst out, AA were going to take 2 hours. These guys came in 30 minutes and got me back on the road before I knew it. Much cheaper than other companies I called so I would definitely use them again.

I recently had a tyre fitted at my home by Tyres 4 U 247, and I wanted to express my appreciation for the service. Zed ensured the exact tyre I requested was provided. I am also grateful for the prompt response and minimal wait time. I received excellent customer service from Zed and Bilal, who were friendly and ensured everything was done correctly. They answered all my questions about the tyre honestly and patiently, which I greatly appreciated. They even followed up after the job was completed to assure me that I could contact them if any issues arose, and they would resolve them. I am truly grateful for all their assistance; please continue the excellent work.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Had a punctured tyre as I got to work gave them and ring and spoke to Zee. These guys were amazing. Our car transporter suffered a puncture near Coventry. We called them and within 30 minutes someone arrived to change the tyre and gave us a deal on a worn front tyre. As we run a car transport company, it is important for us to solve issues fast, and tyres4u made it possible to do so!

These guys were fabulous, I just fold a bulge and tare in 2 tyres and it was late at night with other tyre companies closed, and I had a 3 hour drive! I googled these guys and they said they had the right tyres and could be with me within the hour. They came out really quick and fixed 2 new tyres within 30 mins. Don’t let them put air in your tyres, they put all my tyres to 40psi, dirty tactics. Avoid this place. Did this to me many times. Why me always.

I went to Kwik Fit Plus Birmingham-Holloway Head(B1 1NG) to change the air conditioner filter and anti-bug, which cost me 74.3 pound in the afternoon today 23 Apr 2025.

I have drove my car for four months and I never smell any oil. However, after I picked up my car and drove to city center which was around 1 mile, there were a lot of smoke and there were serious machine oil burning smell. When I went back to your staff, they said they did not change anything, and when I asked them to check my car again. They said they don’t provide this kind of service in a really rude way and asked me to leave.

Before I sent my car, I did not smell anything. And your staff insisted that when the car came there there were already machine oil smell. If what they said was true, why they did not tell me anything when I picked up my car? Isn’t it dangerous to drive a car with machine oil burning? Isn’t it dangerous if the car explode in the store? Or they were lying to push away any responsibilities as I could see there were services provided in this store and they lied that there were no such service and refused to provide any help.

This is my first time in this store and it was an awful experience!

Had a puncture a few weeks ago, these guys were great. Lamar was super helpful and patched up/fixed the puncture. I don’t know much about cars, so he could have easily convinced me that I needed a whole new tire. Kwik and friendly.

TPMS Sensor replacement + programming

Spoke to Zed a couple of times on the phone beforehand — great rapport both times. When I came in, he remembered me, knew what the job was, and even what appointment I just came from. He got straight to work, sorted the sensor, checked all the others, and made sure everything was programmed correctly in the car system.

What stood out was how respectful and down-to-earth he was. Gave me honest advice about the condition of my tyres, but didn’t push for a sale. Just clear, helpful, and straight with me the whole time. And he was quicker than I planned for, which was a nice win! Would definitely come back if I need anything else. Thank you!

Absolute 5* top service from Zed and his team. Having driven 2hrs to Birmingham to collect a car for my son we found after driving 10 minutes down the road a warning light came up for low tyre pressure. We stopped at a garage to top up with air during which time a better inspection of the tyres made us a little wary of a couple of them. We had planned to renew these at our local store when we returned however with safety in mind and a long drive ahead we googled and come across Direct Auto Tyres. On the phone Zed confirmed they could help with the sizes needed with competitive prices offered and a welcome message they could fit us straight in. At the garage Zeds team quickly checked all tyres and as thought pointed out the defects we had seen on two of the tyres with a recommendation they were changed. At this point knowing my son would be driving this car I had decided I was going to change all four, the other two were mixed brands and seemed to be wearing on the edges. Zed advised of our options and gave recommendations on a different size that could fit the alloy, this size slightly wider which would provide a better ride and better protection against the dreaded pot holes – next the price for four new tyres which I originally thought he must just be quoting for two!!! So a quick yes please and his team set to work. Next problem where is the locking wheel nut, we searched everywhere, rang the garage we had purchased the car from and they could offer little help. It should be in the car but it’s not there so they asked us to return to them and they would search for it. We already had a long drive home, were running late and knew it was nowhere in the car. A quick question to Zed, can you somehow help to which he obliged. For the next 45 mins we sat in Zed’s office chatting between us about a shared passion, football! Before we knew it four new tyres fitted, new bolts provided to replace the locking nuts and a link sent to my phone for a replacement set to order. So our first time using Direct Auto Tyres and we felt we were receiving specialist treatment because we had been using Zed and his team for the past 10 years. Just so happens this is how Zed makes you feel, everyone treated like kings, it’s so nice to come across a company that truly cares about everyone they serve. So thank you Zed to you and your team, you made a stressful situation disappear. PS the tyre recommendation was spot on, the ride home was a joy.

Finally a few hours later Zed rang just to check we got home safe and how did the tyres fair. A top top bloke just goes the extra miles. Thanks again Zed to you and your team.

My go to place for tyres and punctures / been going here for years and my dad even longer. Nadeem has always looked after me and his staff are fine too. I always go for part worn tyres but he can get brand new too if you ask beforehand and price are fair.

Fantastic service provided by Mihan. We had a nail in our tyre and AA called their service centre who quoted us £200 approx to replace the tyre. It was very late in the night and with expected travels the next day, Mihan showed up in 10 mins or less!!! Come here to get my dodgy tyres replaced got the old ones at the normal garages you go to they where finished in two weeks. They are the ones you can see in the first pic. He quickly got me over and done with and gave me some good part worn tyres for a fair price aswell. Got to work in time because of him
