They were attentive and skilled, ensuring that every detail was just right. I visited this barbershop based on Google reviews, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish. I asked to get a haircut from a particular barber, but "Nines," another barber, insisted that "M"—who he claimed was one of their best—would cut my hair. Although I was initially hesitant, he reassured me that I’d be in good hands.I asked for a straightforward number 2 low blend, plus a quarter inch off the top, and even showed them reference photos. Despite the simplicity of the request, the entire process took over an hour, with 3 other barbers - including nines and Mustafa stepping in to "fix" different parts of the cut. The end result was poor —uneven and poorly blended.Throughout, "Nines" kept insisting that the cut was looking sharp, though it was clear it wasn't. It felt like they were more interested in talking up their service than actually providing it, and I got the impression they were willing to let any barber practice on new customers. Overall, a disappointing experience—one I wouldn't recommend especially if you are new to the shop. Best avoided.

In Birmingham for a few weeks so I needed to do a touch up on my one week old haircut before my flight to Denmark the next day. The kid who cut my hair did an amazing job with refreshing my haircut that I got done in Canada.Would recommend this place if ur visiting the area for a few weeks and need to get a nice fade in the meantime.

MJ gave me a great haircut and I got good consultation on how to maintain good quality for my hair. Very good barbershop with talented barbers

Young lad known as Yahya sorted me out nicely with a sharp fade. The trim was fire so will definitely come back there again whenever I'm around the area. 10/10
