I am very happy with the haircut I got here. Kalpana & Ambreen make you feel at home. I should say about Ambreen, who cut my hair. She treated me very well. I was a bit skeptical when I went there, about how my haircut would turn out. But Ambreen did a fab job. I loved it! She listened to my tiniest concerns and attended to it. She is patient & spends an ample amount of time on your appointment. I loved the customer service of both, Kalpana & Ambreen.I have had haircuts in many places in Brum. But comparing all those experiences, for a customer satisfaction I would definitely suggest this place for a haircut!

Unfortunately I was not happy with the end result, I’ve now had to go somewhere else. The lady however was lovely, and very nice and kind. But I am not happy with the end result. I wasn’t paying more money, to fix it. So decided to go somewhere else. For them to try and correct it. Little sad really. The staff however are very nice and polite. It looked okay, but bits were still patchy and yellow looking, lady was strapped for time. As very busy.

One of the best salons I have been to.. amazing customer service and excellent location. Everytime i have been treated with so much kindness and love and would absolutely recommend.
