Messed up my eyebrows permanently now. Ive been threading for 7 years in londond and come here for a tint and thread and it was horrible and my shape ive been consistently getting is screwed up. Their not even cleanly threaded. Im sooo so upset, i wish i took the train back to london

I visited the Harborne branch today for a bikini wax and was delighted with the experience. Dee made me feel very comfortable and she was very friendly as well as being very professional. Definitely will return and would ask for her specifically.

Went for a hollywood wax, Dee (i believe) was lovely, very welcoming and polite however the wax was unfortunately not very good. I was left with small abrasions that caused me pain for the few days after that which is something i have never experienced before despite years of waxing with different therapists. A waxer should not wax the skin to the point that the skin is sore for days, i would not recommend for waxing however i have been to kings heath branch and seen rupinda and had good waxes with no soreness whilst still getting rid of all the hair and takes much less time in and out in 15.

Jyoti was so nice and friendly she made me feel very comfortable during my full body wax. Really happy with the results definitely coming back!

I had an appointment booked for today to shape and tint my eyebrows . I got my eyebrows tinted but never shaped . It was the most disappointing service I’ve ever had done on my face . There was e couple of options on their website including threading , waxing , tinting , shaping and lamination. However the lady that was providing the service didn’t seem to understand the difference between removing some hairs and actually shaping the eyebrows .It might have been my fault for not asking at the beginning what the procedure would be. No measurements whatsoever were done (which is the BASE of SHAPING) . I was very confused throughout the whole process cause non of the steps were followed to properly shape the eyebrows and try to make them look as similar as possible to each other. All that was done was to clean the random hairs which I could’ve obviously done myself . I know my eyebrows are not even but this today was absolutely a waste of time and money . I can’t even work with the a pencil now and everyone who saw me today kept telling me that they look horrible. Since when I was in the salon I felt like they looked bad but I blamed it on the tint . After washing my face I realised that it was just the eyebrows which were very badly “shaped”. They don’t even have the same length .And the last thing is that I was very surprised to see that they didn’t use some moisturising cream to help the skin heal which I got everywhere else . I’m still in pain (which is probably normal). Long story short this salon might be good in doing some basic waxing but nothing extra that requires loads of professional knowledge on this field . Very unhappy and definitely not returning! (Giving 2 stars because the lady was friendly and accommodating).
