I recently completed the makeup course at AR Makeup and Beauty Academy, and it was an amazing experience! Hygiene was a top priority throughout the course — everything was always clean, disinfected, and professionally organized, which made me feel safe and confident while learning.

I learned so many useful techniques and valuable information about makeup, products, and proper application. The trainer was extremely friendly, patient, and at the same time very professional. She always explained everything clearly and offered support whenever I needed it.

The location of the academy was also wonderful — easy to find, spacious, and beautifully arranged, which created a relaxing and welcoming learning environment. I highly recommend this academy to anyone who wants to learn professional makeup in a clean, supportive, and well-prepared setting!

I reached out to Adela for a makeup look for my graduation day, and I was honestly so, so happy with how it turned out.

I arrived without having any ideas about how the makeup should look or what would suit me, but Adela immediately came up with several suggestions. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient.

I recently had my wedding ceremony and I came across Taran’s work on instagram. I wanted to get extensions added to my hair.
I had no idea what I wanted, just a photo. Taran really gave me more than expected and left me in shock after the results. She added weight, thickness and length to my hair beautifully.

At the start I booked a consultation with her which was quick and easy as she talked me through the process. When I visited Taran what I loved most was her honesty. I had my hair highlighted from another establishment and after applying the toner they left me with a green tint to my hair which she noticed straight away! Taran’s professionalism to handle the situation with that establishment was unreal, something she didn’t have to do for me but she wasn’t letting anything ruin my big day!
They had to re tone my hair only leaving Taran with 2 days to match my hair extension colour, the ordering process and fitting!! Can I just say she really did make dreams come true for me. She matched 3 colours perfectly with my highlights, she knew the perfect length I needed for my vision and after fitting wow they didn’t even look like extensions. I was very very happy with the results and she really left everyone at my event in wows, even a week after the event I get so many compliments on my hair and how amazing my highlight are and when I say they are extensions, everyone says it’s shocking how perfect colour match they are.

Taran is amazing at what she does, and provides so many other services. I haven’t just found an amazing beauty therapist but also an honest human-being. She could have matched extensions to my horribly toned hair but no she helped me create the perfect look for my big day and kept me going even when I almost gave up! I highly recommended Taran for all your beauty needed you really won’t be disappointed!!

I had my hair and make up done from Taran for my wedding day 26th April for the religious ceremony in the morning and for the evening reception party. I was weirdly nervous before meeting Nicola. I’d never had my make up done professionally, I’m incredibly self critical and had all the expected wedding pressure. However, I didn’t need to worry as Nicola was chatty from the moment we met and put me at ease. During the trial we tried a few different hairstyles and she was more than happy to make sure it was as I wanted. The make up was gorgeous and we discussed a few of the small changes we’d make on the day.

On my wedding day, Nicola was on time, well prepared and had remembered the bits I wanted to change from the trial months before. She was relaxed and friendly and I felt a bit sad that she wasn’t going to be there for the whole day! She turned me into a Hollywood starlet for the day and both my hair and make up lasted perfectly.

I couldn’t have wished for a better artist that day, I felt like she understood what I wanted and I completely trusted her. Couldn’t recommend Nicola enough.

Nicola was amazing from start to finish, not only is she a lovely person who put me at complete ease on my Wedding day (and the trial) but she is an artist when it comes to hair and make up. Nicola is awesome at what she does! Nicola did my hair for my wedding and it was gorgeous! I had so much fun meeting her for my hair trial and when it came to the big day she knew exactly what she was doing and made me feel gorgeous! Absolutely loved having Nicola as my hair and make up artist on my wedding day! I did have two trials with her, I loved both looks but after the first felt like something was missing still and she was more than accommodating and helpful in giving me the bridal look I wanted. I loved my hairstyle so much and usually I don’t do much eye make up because I can’t get it to stay on for long enough, but she created a soft smoky eye look that lasted the whole day and didn’t even budge when we had a bit of rain! She also did the hair and make up of my mother and mother of the groom and they looked amazing! It was so lovely to see the boost it gave them and Nicola made them feel happy and relaxed in the chair while she got to work. When you choose your make up artist it’s not just about the work that they do, it’s finding someone who fits in with your day who matches your vibe! It really does affect how you feel and everyone said I was so chilled getting ready and I think part of that was down to knowing I was in such good hands and having someone who was lovely as well as professional that I didn’t need to worry about a thing 🙂

Highly recommend! At the last minute, the makeup artist canceled on the bride and I was tasked with finding a new makeup artist within FOUR hours. After calling around, Sukhi was the only one who understood how desperate we were and still did not take advantage of the situation. She opened the salon for our bride on a Sunday on a three hour notice. Her assistant K was super sweet and attentive. The make up and hair looked AMAZING!!! Everything from the duppatta setting, jewelry setting was done with a lot of thought and effort. They even suggested places for us to take photographs after since we finished a little earlier than planned. The nicest crew!!!!

Had a great few days with Suki and the team. They were so welcoming and accommodating, they really made us feel at ease. I attended the one week one to one full make up and hair course with Suky Sanghera at Asiana Bridal Training. I found the training to be very professional. Suky has a very polite and easy to understand manner for you to learn the techniques she is teaching. I have found myself learning a lot in only the one week I attended the course. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is new to make up and hair and also if someone wants to develop their skills further.

Nicky did the best bridal makeup I could’ve asked for! She was so patient and understanding and made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt. First visit to this Salon and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were lovely and friendly and Anastasija did a fab job on my nails. It was my first time having BIAB and she explained everything to me and was very professional and thorough. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Came in asked about eyebrow waxing apparently there’s no appointments today but online there is 3 available? Noticed the staff members always look miserable every time I come in . The main lady was talking to a client who wasn’t very happy with her nail didn’t apologies for making me wait at reception for ten mins. No manners

Had an appt at 12:15 on 26th June, excited to have my nails done professionally in a salon as a birthday gift from my boyfriend, and left sorely disappointed. The artist missed multiple spots with the acrylic and polish, the underneath and sides are messy and unfiled, the nails themselves are bumpy and uneven, and she also made my cuticle bleed by catching it with the e-file. The artist also walked out midway through the appt to buy milk from the shop around the corner when another worker was doing nothing. My partner paid £35 for a set which looked like it had been done by an amateur and generally not worth the price paid. I will not be returning here myself, let alone refer anyone to the salon. Only positive feedback is that the appt started on time and the artist was friendly if not a little quiet.

Fabulous massage always this week foot massage and head wonderful highly recommended. So professional and gifted Pasita always explains in great detail what she’s doing and the benefits.

I had my hair & makeup done by Zan & it was absolutely stunning. My only ‘complaint’ is that she wasn’t available to do my wedding makeup!

My hair looked amazing & stayed ‘done’ for days & I didn’t want to wash off my makeup. I had a subtly dramatic smokey eye that wasn’t overpowering & was true skill!

The best makeup artist I have used by a mile. Professional, fun and holds herself to very good hygiene standards. I’m a professional makeup artist too, so I am very judgey, but I have found nothing at all to complain about. I was so impressed, in fact, that I’ve booked this lady for my wedding and I’m planning on having my eyebrows done by her too, as I don’t think I’d trust anyone else to do them.

Rachael was my make up artist on my wedding day for myself and my mum. She was very calming and relaxed which is exactly what you need on your wedding morning. She helped me create the perfect look for my day and was patient and understanding when I changed my mind a few times on the look I wanted at my trial. She gave great advice on skincare and answered all my questions on the best products to use. Rachael is lovely and I definitely recommend x

I was gifted a make up lesson for my 30th birthday. I have never had my make up professionally done before, so when my friend had treated me to this make over lesson with Rachael, I was feeling a bit nervous and apprehensive.
Rachael was super welcoming, very calm, friendly and professional. She started off by speaking about my experiences with make up, I shown her which make up I used currently and explained I would like advice on how to use everything. Rachael was very patient and knowledgeable in every different make up product. I learned so much from this lesson, and I had so much fun too. And then walked out feeling 100x better and all ready for my night out! It was a very nice treat and Rachael’s friendliness really put me at ease to ask any questions. She recommended different products for me to try out, and since I now have a much better understanding of how to do my own make up. I have recommended Rachael to friends and family as she was great.
