I had an amazing experience with Jag at the laser clinic. I did laser hair removal with her, and she works with true care and professionalism. From the first session, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. She’s very detail-oriented and keeps everything super clean. The results were great and noticeable early on. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality service and someone who truly puts effort into their work.

I had my hair removal treatment with Faye at Laser Clinics Birmingham and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I booked a full face laser package and had my first session today. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Although I chose an afternoon slot to avoid the rush, the session still felt rushed and lasted only a few minutes. On top of that, not all areas of my face were properly covered, despite having paid for a full face treatment. I pointed this out both to the therapist and at the reception. I truly hope future sessions are more thorough and not as rushed, covering the entire face as agreed.

Had my consultation today and have to say I was pleased with it. Arrived to a friendly greeting, and everyone so helpful. Had my consultation with Jag. We spoke for a little while about what I wanted but got straight down to it. Being ginger the laser wasn't going to work for me, Jag was so apologic, and helped me with some ideas of how to reduce the hair, to which I was very thankful for. It also meant I didnt spend a load of money on something that wouldn't of worked! Its shame really but I have already recommended this place 3 times today alone since leaving the appointment. And if the tech does advance to be able to pick up on ginger hair I will be straight back! Thanks to everyone there but an massive big up to Jag

Nearing towards the end of my 11 month package, the attention to detail has still remained the same as the first session. I met with Dominique for my 10th session, she was so lovely and gave great advice on aftercare and how to top up my laser treatments. She was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel so comfortable.

Constantine is a great laser therapist she makes me feel so comfortable and I’ve seen amazing results with the laser. It’s bc of Constantine I travel to Birmingham to get my laser! I look forward to my sessions every month. She not only helped with the laser but she recommended products for my skin which totally eliminated my acne & for that I am so grateful! Wonderful therapist!
