Have been going to Nilima for over 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any beauty treatments. I get my eyebrows shaped and tinted, eyelashes tinted and a lash lift. I've had massages, and I have all my waxing done there too. Nilima is professional, knowledgeable and fantastic at what she does. Her attention to detail is second to none. Both salons are lovely and I always feel comfortable and relaxed. Nilima is hands down the best in the whole Birmingham area. 5* experiences guaranteed. Highly recommend.

I got my lash extensions done, the natural version. Preet did a great job enhancing the lashes without being too clustered and was very careful and precise & made sure I was okay throughout. It didn't hurt too much but just remember to do a patch test before if you are new (you'll to do it anyways). The whole team was amazing and really friendly, also fast response with messages and calls.

My Hot Wax treatment with Nilima was really exceptional. She was patient with me and completed waxing very quickly i was pleasantly surprised. This enabled a more pain free experience. The standards of hygiene are high as well as individual spatulas were used during treatment. I will certainly be going back to have wax treatments. I Highly recommend! Thank you Nilima 🙂
