The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about all sorts of bikes. It helps that the guys are passionate about cycling as their suggestions/recommendations seem to be based on their experience as opposed to what might get them the most amount of money.The owner is very down to earth and extremely customer centric. If he's not available, his son is, which means you always have the option of speaking to the owners if you need to.I have been using these guys for a number of years now and I cannot recommend them enough.

My Son has a mobility scooter and had a puncture, I could not find a repair service to get the problem fixed, even company's that sold the scooters locally were not interested in doing a repair, I was at my wits end as the scooter is very important to my son, I was told to try Bike Pro at King's Heath Highstreet, the guys there were not sure if they could repair it but they said leave it with us and we will give it a try. A few hours later they had it done, fab guys, nothing was too much trouble, great price too, I can't praise them enough, no one else would help, they fixed it in a day. A*****.

Really poor service. We got 4 bikes serviced a few months back for a big family bike ride (2 adults bikes, 2 children's bikes). My husband clearly told them to inspect and even replace the seat post on his bike as he suspected it was worn down. Well, they did not, and a day into the bike ride (in a very rural area nowhere near any cycle repair services) the seat post on his bike snapped off and he had no bike seat! When I raised it with BikePro it took them several days to respond, with prompts, however finally I got a short, watery text message admitting their oversight but no apology. They said they'd refund the £40 immediately, which they did... HOWEVER I later found (as my husband had paid for the servicing) that the £40 charge is for a child's bike, not an adults (which costs more) so we were short-changed then as well. The guy I spoke to knew I was talking about an adults bike. Anyway - WE WON'T BE COMING BACK. There are other cycle shops that provide a better service. Shame as it's a local company that otherwise I'd have liked to support. Their loss.

Great price, even greater customer service. Go there without knowing the bike will be in a box, the guys were very helpful choosing some extras and very understanding on time and distance I traveled to get the bike and they agreed to build it on the spot. 2hours later I got the bike home. Thank you for your extraordinary customer service.

I took my carrera bike to this shop to fix my breaks. I left my bike with them for 5 days just for it to return with working breaks but when I would peddle the cogset would push the tire against the chain stay resulting in the back tire locking up. I discovered this when I was biking home and my tire locked up causing me to go flying over the handle bars causing Injury to my wrist.
