Fantastic experience. We inherited some gold jewellery and used the online calculator to estimate their value. We decided to pop in on a visit to Birmingham shopping centre. The shop was easy to find and close to a multi-storey car park. They quickly assessed the value (£200 more than stated on line) and the money was put in my bank account before I left the shop. Don’t hesitate or bother to go elsewhere these are the real deal. Highly recommended.

Booked an appointment on Sunday for Monday, jumped on the train and walked straight across the road from the station entrance to BGC. Less than 10 minutes later I left totally satisfied with the exceptional price I was offered for my scrap gold. Completely upfront about what you have no- BS - they either want your stuff or they don't, no trying to knock you down because of this or that. They tell you the price they will offer and you either accept it or you don't. 100% genuine people. Would highly recommend these guys - there are a lot of rip off merchants in the quarter but Birmingham Gold Company ARE NOT ONE OF THEM, just read the reviews and you'll see what I mean, I did my research before selling and they were by far the best!

Sent jewellery off on Tuesday and received a phone call just before 8a.m. on Wednesday. The offer was more than I expected and the money was in my account by 1p.m. I would thoroughly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Many cash for gold companies take a cut after they have tempted you with a good price for your gold, this one doesn't.I weighed my gold and my scale said, to the nearest gram, that it was 27 grams. Their website said that I should get £648 at current prices so I posted off my gold using special delivery. The company called me early next morning and told me that my gold was actually 26.9 grams and they transferred £646 to my account within 3 hours. Excellent service, thank you.
