I can’t recommend her and her classes highly enough!One-to-one she’s brilliant at devising sessions that suit my pace and goals and she keeps it fresh and fun. I was able to work at a higher intensity ahead of my wedding, and then work more gently during my pregnancy. She’s also incredibly encouraging, which in itself is very motivating.Her group classes are also brilliant - I particularly enjoy her imagery and the way she offers different levels according to your ability.
