Switched to Cocoon FX Media a few months ago after having issues with our previous host. The transition has been smooth and James is always on hand to support with web changes when needed. Very professional, just what you need when trying to grow your business.

We needed some help with our marketing, especially with developing our website to reach the right target audience. We engaged Cocoonfxmedia and from the start, James had all the time in the world for us - always being on the other end of an email or the phone to answer a question and even coming into the office to guide us face to face.We found their knowledge and ability to convey what we could achieve amazing. We ask Cocoonfxmedia to build an e-commerce system which is easier to use than what’s already out there. It turns out they have a custom built platform which just needed some extra functionality. We found the auto product qty update from the factory so useful. We can add new shipping, run reports and we can also look at the margin of profit per product. It links nicely to our payment gateway. I would highly recommend Cocoonfxmedia and we will be using them for Digital Marketing going forward.

James and Gareth were both amazing. Was just telling my business partner how refreshing it was to work with a company that gets it and works with you. Not the type of company that nickel and dimes you for every penny which as a startup is extremely helpful! The team went above and beyond what we asked of them to fix a few of the issues on our website. Even told us to ignore Bing Webmaster “Notice” / error issue at one point which I was worried about and while they looked into that they fixed another issue they noticed in the code without me asking about it which would have ended up hurting the site in the long run had it not had that specific meta tag.
