I recently had an issue with my PC not turning on, so I decided to give it to Joel to find out what was wrong. From the start, Joel was incredibly helpful and attentive. He quickly diagnosed the issue, identified the faulty part, and provided me with the correct replacement. What really stood out was his communication—he kept me informed throughout the entire process, explaining what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I felt confident and reassured knowing I was in good hands. Not only did he fix my PC, but he also ensured I understood the solution. I couldn't be more pleased with his service and professionalism!

As a local business, we faced a major issue when our computer malfunctioned, putting important documents at risk. I called Joel, who picked up on a busy day, immediately understanding the urgency of our situation. He arrived promptly with a big smile and went above and beyond to get our PC back up and running. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also installed additional software and provided invaluable advice. I’ve deleted my previous technician’s number—Joel is the only one I’ll call from now on. Joe was really quick to get back to me, really friendly and ease to talk to.After diagnosis provided me with clear plan on what's needed for the computer.I needed to order a few bits for it as recommended, after providing Joe the parts the next day he had it sorted for me .Would definitely recommend to anyone that is having any problems, or if need an upgrade.
