Great experience buying two sofas with Anne in the Tyseley branch. She was incredibly helpful and made sure we got what we wanted without being pushy, even though we changed our minds in the end ans bought a different sofa. Delivery was arrange a short while after which was fantastic.

I recently ordered a sofa and footstool from Cousins and the sofa is great, no issues which is why this rating has one star. There would have been four more stars but unfortunately the footstool arrived faulty which has led to an unnecessary, long and tiring challenge to replace it.Despite providing pictures of the damaged item I was advised a technician had to visit to inspect the product. A technician arrived and the fault wasn't resolved. I've since called a second time to process a replacement, and have since been told a second technician has to visit to file a report, and only then can a replacement be issued.This means from point of purchase it will have taken half a year for a footstool to arrive given the estimated delivery date of the new footstool. The customer service agent lacked empathy or understanding and was not willing to help beyond the "this is the process we have to follow" script that she kept repeating. Even when asked for a refund, she said she couldn't help with that and it would be up to a manager to organise. Why is it difficult to receive a replacement or even a refund for a product I have purchased that has arrived faulty at the hands of the delivery company they choose to use. Why is it down to the customer to keep chasing customer services and why are staff so reluctant to help?What I must add is that purchasing the product was great, staff went out of their way to help in store, but it is the customers service post-purchase which is letting this company down, and has ultimately led to me avoid shopping with Cousins in future.

Fab company, really helpful. We purchased a kids bunkbed and didn't realise the mattresses were too high until after it was delivered and fitted (By Cousins who spent so much time making sure it was done properly). Pat ensured this was resolved and swapped out the mattresses at no extra charge with custom built ones. Fantastic customer service, thank you Pat and team. Highly recommend Cousins to all!

Ashok is one of the nicest people I’ve met. My wife and I were buying sofas for our new home and Ashok made this experience incredibly memorable and special for our first home. We bought some stunning bespoke sofas which was a pleasure to order and Ashok talked us through all the details and great length. He helped us to measure and advised us on what would work for our living room. No other place offers service like this and I would buy from Ashok for years to come and would recommend him to anyone. Can’t wait to receive our sofas and hope to have you round for a cup of tea one day Ashok. Thank you so much for this this incredible experience.
