I visited Crystal Care Cleaners Ltd in desperation as I had taken my husbands suit to another well known dry cleaners to have cleaned and remove what we thought were alcohol marks on the jacket. However they failed to remove the marks !! I was under no illusions that the marks could be removed. But we had a wedding in a few days and my husband did not have time to purchase another suit. From walking through the door it was clear that the gentleman serving wanted to help. He was pleasant and so understanding. He assured me that he would try his best to get the the marks out and suit dry cleaned within my time scale. I collected the suit as agreed and wow what a difference it looked brand new. No sign of the marks ever being there. I was so grateful and can highly recommend their services. It was also much cheaper than other retailer. So very happy customers. Thank you.

My wife and I took our wedding by dresses to be dry cleaned here after our wedding. It had rained and both dresses needed a deep clean to get them back to new. The customer service was excellent with great communication and they even asked us to come and check on the dresses before the final clean to make sure we were happy with them. Both dresses were back looking brand new and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I visited this shop to get my wedding dress dry cleaned before my wedding. The customer service from my first visit was impeccable, there really wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do for me and they were so informative. They recommended a seamstress who they work with who was also amazing and after all my alterations on the dress my dress was collected and returned to the dry cleaners for a final steam and kept there until the day before my wedding. Wonderful service from a friendly guy who wants nothing but to help others, I would 100% recommend both this dry cleaners and the seamstress they work with - thank you for helping with my wedding

I've used this dry cleaner many times for cleaning coats and jackets. Service has always been polite and professional and items have always been returned well cleaned. I recently took in a white tweed jacket with some lint build-up, loose buttons and a bit of staining from a red overcoat. The jacket has been returned looking like new. The lint build-up has gone, buttons reattached, and the white colour restored. Thank you for your work, my jacket looks like new.

I cannot speak highly enough about Crystal Care Cleaners. I took in a silk velvet jumpsuit bought for a wedding. The owner went through the whole process and when I collected the garment I was wowed! It looked better than it did new! I will be using this cleaners for all of my clothing in future. Could not be more pleased! Thank you!!
