I had an exceptional experience at The diamond factory in Birmingham. Seb, the store manager, and Desh were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to assist my fiancé and me in finding the perfect wedding rings.I entered the store unsure of what I wanted, but they patiently went through all the designs with me, offering guidance with politeness, respect, and a sense of humor, which made the experience enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful jewellery.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having previously brought my engagement ring from Diamond Factory it only felt right to return to purchase our wedding rings. Seb was amazing & we were welcomed with a warm friendly smile. It felt more like a catch up with an old friend rather than an ‘sales’ appointment. Seb knew what styles would suit & what metals would be longer lasting given our line of work.Our rings are perfect - thank you.

Beware, although the staff in the Birmingham shop are very nice and helpful. Our experience of the product quality is terrible, diamond fell out of the setting just 2 months after purchase.Taking it back to the shop, they soon contacted me stating it was user fault, and quoted 90% of the original ring cost to repair (even though the diamond and ring were saved).To get another opinion, we sent it to another jeweller in Hatton garden, London, where they have quoted less than £60 to repair.Unbelievable service, will be escalating further through formal routes to help protect other customers from this trap.Too good to be true comes to mind…..
