N Family Club - Moseley Nursery

My daughter had an amazing experience at this nursery. The staff are very caring towards the children and go the extra mile to get to know you and the children personally. There have been many parent workshops with the children and the morning breakfast grab and go is a bonus. The graduation day for the preschoolers was really emotional and very thoughtful with all the events, food and treats/ special entertainment. We will truly miss this nursery and the love and care they have provided. My daughter has really grown and developed her character here and the staff have really helped form this. Thank you so much!

We recently visited N Family Club in Moseley as we’re hoping to send our baby boy there in April 2025, and we were really impressed with everything we saw. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The staff who showed us around were not only friendly but also clearly passionate about early years education and providing a nurturing environment for the children. The building itself is beautiful – light, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with little ones in mind. Every space feels purposeful, from the calm baby rooms to the more active toddler areas. It’s obvious that a lot of care has gone into creating an environment where children can thrive. We were especially reassured to see how well set up they are to support babies and toddlers, with age-appropriate areas, stimulating activities, and a strong emphasis on development and wellbeing. It really feels like a place where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and feel safe. We’re still waiting to hear if we’ve secured a place, but we’re really hoping our little one will be part of the N Family in Moseley soon!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at N Moseley. From the very beginning, Charlie, Imogen, and Waheeda have been absolutely fantastic with our child. Their warmth, care, and professionalism shine through every day, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care for the children. Our child absolutely loves it there—he’s excited to go in the mornings and always comes home happy. As a parent, that peace of mind is truly priceless. Communication between the staff and us has been excellent. We’re always kept informed and feel genuinely involved in our child’s daily experiences and development. The whole team has created such a positive and nurturing environment. The rest of the staff have also been wonderful—friendly, approachable, and clearly dedicated to creating a safe, happy space for the children. Any concerns we’ve had or raised have been addressed promptly and professionally, which has only strengthened our confidence in the setting. We’re so grateful to have found a place where our child is thriving. Highly recommend!

My son started in this nursery back in September. He has been in two different rooms now and I could not be happier with all the staff he has been with. You can tell they only recruit people who are passionate about being around children since they are all so loving and caring. I drop him off at different times because of my job and everyday I can have a glimpse how staff work with the children how they take them to the garden or how do they help them to put their coats on or the set up they have prepared for them to learn... I can smell the lovely and healthy food the chef prepares on site. Also, they involve the parents in lovely activities some special days at nursery and they also offer online workshops about parenting. Facilities are great, children have daily access to the garden which is great and the atmosphere is amazing and everything is so clean! Of course this is an opinion but I'd say the staff makes a very good team and everything is working well there. I can go to work assured that my son will be happy and cared for and that they will support him should he be a bit more emotional because he struggles a bit at first when he is away from me. I also love the time they always spend with me to give me updates no rushing or how they interact with my son when he comes in. It is a pleasure to bring him to N Family Club. So thank you so much to all the team for doing an excellent job!

My daughter started this nursery in January and she is thriving!! I looked around many nurseries and this definitely gave me that good "gut feeling" and I wasn't wrong N family club Moseley are absolutely amazing. The whole Meadow team are so passionate about their job they are caring and loving my daughter has bonded so well. Even the front house team are so welcoming it just feels like we are all a big family. The nursery is always warm and clean, they update me on the app everyday with beautiful pictures. They are always quick at responding to my calls or messages. The nursery also involve parents in events such as valentines day breakfast and mother day ! I truly feel my daughter is safe and well taken care of here and would recommend to any parent 🙂

One of the best decisions I've made in my life was sending my daughter to N Family Moseley. My shy daughter felt comfortable and gained confidence during the 18 months she attended this Nursery. Today was the last day. very sad. My family all crying It is the best Nursery I will never forget. Thank you a lot. We will miss N Family Moseley. ❤

The whole team at N Moseley are absolutely fantastic! It’s always hard when choosing a nursery to send your child too but the staff here are truly amazing and have made the whole process of our daughter settling extremely easy for both her and us. The app for the nursery is easy to use and we are always updated about what our daughter has been doing throughout the day. Feedback upon collection is always so thorough too. Meals here are always so healthy and nutritious and prepared onsite by the amazing chef! I cannot recommend N Moseley enough! ⭐️
