THE best driving school and I’m biased that I had the best driving instructor, Farah was amazing! I have had lessons before with other driving schools so I have a comparison and doing my lessons with RSM with Farah was exactly what I needed. I recently passed my UK driving test on the first attempt, and I couldn’t have done it without my instructor, Nasir.

At first, I was assigned a different instructor, but I didn’t feel I was making progress. I raised this with RSM, and they were very understanding and promptly reassigned me to Nasir. From the very first lesson, I noticed a huge difference. He started me off with just a one-hour session, explaining that it was better to assess my level first rather than waste money. In that single hour, I learned more than I had in four hours with my previous instructor.

Nasir’s teaching style is professional, clear, and patient. He was always punctual, quick to respond to texts, and made sure I had regular lessons each week. Closer to my test, he even created a proper timetable so I knew exactly how many lessons I would need. What impressed me most was that he never pushed for unnecessary lessons — his only focus was to prepare me well enough to pass.

I learned driving completely from scratch as a brand-new driver, and with minimal lessons Nasir helped me build confidence, develop safe driving habits, and prepare thoroughly for my test. Thanks to his structured teaching and constant encouragement, I managed to pass on my very first attempt.

In the final week before my test, Nasir scheduled daily sessions which really helped polish my skills. On the test day, he picked me up, kept me calm, and supported me all the way. When I passed, I could see how genuinely happy he was — proof that he truly cares about his students’ success.

I had received my driving license back when I was 18 in my home country, but I haven’t really driven for almost 15 years after that. Since the UK didnt recognise my driving license, I had to to get the UK driving license from scratch. I found the Prime Learner Driving School based on the reviews online and that led me to Zsolt. He ended up being one of the best mentors I have had in my life. He is very patient, knowledgeable, kind and friendly person and he is a truly first class driving instructor. My priority from the beginning was to become a safe driver as I am a family man and have a 4 year old kid. Zsolt was very professional, always on time, never had any last minute cancellation (he even always wears a suit!). My driving test was very stressful as my wife went into labor at the same time (you can imagine the pressure!), but I passed at the first attempt and that is all thanks to Zsolt! Worst experience ever. My partner had few lessons before his exam. The day before the test he had a session. The car was making weird sounds and giving warning lights on board. The driving instructor said it was nothing, just heating because of the weather. On the exam day , 20 minutes into driving he was asked by the examiner to stop the car and failed his exam due to the fact that the car wasn’t road worthy -warning sounds, no petrol & condition of the tyres. My partner failed his exam because the car wasn’t safe to drive. Imagine what we had to go though as we had to pay again( company keeps postponing contact) and reschedule the exam etc.

His teaching style is fantastic— clearly explain my mistake, provide constructive feedback without being critical, and have a great sense of humour that really puts you at ease. The lessons were always structured well, building on skills progressively, and he was very flexible.

Highly recommend this driving school! After multiple fails with another driving school, Mohammed with his calm and patient teaching style helped me regain my confidence when driving. Raf was really punctual and reliable and sent me reminder messages the day before for all of my lessons which was really helpful. He also was really patient and explained everything really clearly so that I understood all my mistakes and was able to correct them. I am happy to say I passed first time and I would recommend him to anyone.
